英文摘要The present invention relates to a medical rehabilitation training apparatus, in particular to a virtual and real scenario combined balance disorder rehabilitation robot. The balance disorder rehabilitation robot comprises a follow-up support device, a weight reduction protection device and a virtual projection device, wherein the follow-up support device is arranged in the center of the bottom surface of the weight reduction protection device and is used for following the balance training gait of a patient in real time; the weight reduction protection device is used for following the center of gravity position of the patient in the balance rehabilitation training process in real time; and the virtual projection device is arranged in front of the follow-up support device and used for presenting a virtual scenario.
