英文摘要 | This paper proposes a method for designing the ram structure of friction stir welding (FSW) robots using finite element analysis. Under the given working condition, force analysis for the ram structure is performed. By analyzing the boundary and load cases on the ram structure, we optimize the topology and size. Through ram-structure optimization considering the static and dynamic characteristics, we can achieve lightweight design of the ram structure and effectively improve the FSW robot’s welding precision. The optimization flow and method can be applied to heavy-load robots and high-stiffness structure. |
