英文摘要This paper presents an analytical model of the electromagnetic vibration and noise for a High Speed Amorphous Alloy Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (HSAAPMSM) whose stator cores are made from amorphous alloy magnetic material. In addition, the traditional High Speed Silicon Steel Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (HSSSPMSM) is investigated as a comparison at the same time. Firstly, air gap flux density is calculated by two methods of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and analytical. By comparison, accuracy of the modeling is validated. Then, through the finite element coupling analysis, the electromagnetic force acting on the surface of the stator teeth is obtained. The electromagnetic vibration and noise of 40KW HSAAPMSM and HSSSPMSM with the same structure are calculated respectively and the influence of laminating effect is taken into account.
