| 英文摘要 | The invention relates to an analogue signal processing technology, in particular to a device capable of achieving a floating threshold value. The device capable of achieving the floating threshold value comprises a primary emit-follow circuit, a fixed threshold value, a protective level, a gating circuit and a level emit-follow circuit, wherein the primary emit-follow circuit is used for picking target trace signals, the threshold value is used for providing choices to switch to a fixed state under specified conditions, the protective level is capable of protecting level signals which can be receive at the minimum and used for restricting noise signals under the conditions of no-target signals or weak target signals, the gating circuit is capable of receiving the output of the threshold value, the protective level and primary emit-follow circuit and high signals of the gating signals, the level emit-follow circuit is capable of receiving output signals of the gating circuit and outputting the floating threshold value. The device capable of achieving the floating threshold value is capable of achieving that the threshold value changes along with changes of the target signals and improving adaptability of binaryzation, capable of flexibly choosing the floating threshold value and the fixed threshold value, simple in structure and convenient to use. |
