英文摘要The invention relates to an industrial intelligent terminal and a control method thereof based on an RFID data acquisition function. The control terminal comprises a control unit, an RF data acquisition unit, a storage unit, a network transmission unit, a display unit, and a power supply management unit, wherein the control unit provides an interactive interface display interface and an input/output interface the RF data acquisition unit integrates an RFID read-write control module, the front-end input is an RF front-end circuit, and an output terminal is connected with a bus interface of the control unit the storage unit is connected to the control unit by a data wire the network transmission unit is provided with an Ethernet interface and a CAN bus interface and realizes the communication connection of the control unit and a monitoring terminal by the switching of a network switching circuit the display unit is connected with a display data output terminal of the control unit and displays a user interface and the power supply management unit provides multi-level stable voltage for other electrical units and is controlled by power supply management software inside the control unit. The control method comprises a data acquisition process and a data transmission process, and both processes can coordinate to work by a main line control state machine. The industrial intelligent terminal and the control method improve the system capacity of processing complex events, and have the advantages of multiple functions and strong compatibility.
