英文摘要The invention relates to a non-invasive electrical efficiency on-line detection device and a control method thereof, and the non-invasive electrical efficiency on-line detection device comprises a sensor unit, a signal acquiring and processing unit and a communication unit, wherein the sensor unit converts line current and line voltage signals of a motor into weak voltage signals the signal acquiring and processing unit carries out digitization on the voltage signals obtained from the sensor unit and transmits the monitoring result obtained by operation process to the communication unit and the communication unit transmits the received data output by the signal acquiring and processing unit to a monitoring computer by wireless network. The control method comprises the steps of initializing in an electrified manner, collecting original data, calculating the monitoring parameters of each motor, transmitting the calculation result of the monitoring parameters to a communication circuit board, modifying the configuration parameters of motors, judging whether the original data frame is received or not, if so, collecting and transmitting corresponding original data, otherwise, going back to the step of collecting the original data, and performing circularly. The invention can build a perfect on-line motor state monitoring system rapidly, the installation is simple, and the workload required in installing the monitoring system is reduced.
