英文摘要The utility model discloses a structured light weld image characteristic point rapid catch device, which comprises an image acquire module, wherein the image acquire module acquires an image containing structured light stripes through a camera sensor, and the image is outputted to a system on a programmable chip the system on the programmable chip comprises a filter module, an image strengtheningmodule, a morphological computing module, a margin extracting module, a central line extracting module and a soft core processing system, wherein the filter module is used for receiving the image which is acquired by the image acquire module, the image strengthening module adopts the value filter information in the filter module as an input signal, the input end of the morphological computing module is connected with the image strengthening module and the morphological computing module outputs an image expansion and corrosion processing signal, the input end of the margin extracting module isconnected with the morphological computing module and the margin extracting module outputs structured light stripes of a single pixel, the central line extracting module receives an output signal ofthe margin extracting module and outputs the central line extracted information to the soft core processing system to perform the extraction of the characteristic points. By utilizing the catch device, the image processing speed can be improved, the real-time requirement of the weld tracing can be satisfied, and the catch device can be widely applied to the laser automatic welding field.
