In the simulation model of psychological quality, the correlation between the reverse psychological state and the impact of behavioral obstruction is determined based on the characteristics of middle school students' reverse emotional phenomena. However, by misclassification in mapping tables based on the different types of psychological quality, the characteristics could not be accurately obtained, resulting in significant model deviation. Thus, a model for the simulation of the psychological quality of middle school students using the Fuzzy clustering algorithm. According to the structure of entropy, the psychological behavior process was sorted by the state of the middle object which did not meet the subjective needs. The average number of behavioral barriers formed at different levels of middle and adverse emotions was obtained, too. Then, the threshold of adverse emotions in behavioral orientation was calculated, and the correlation between adverse emotions and behavioral barriers of middle school students was obtained. The simulation result showed that the accuracy of this model was satisfactory, providing a strong theoretical basis for promoting the physical and mental health of and middle school students.
