中文摘要为了研究和优化激光冲击强化工艺参数对铁合金性能的影响,采用波长为1064nm、激光能量为6J的YAG脉冲激光器对铁合金试样表面进行冲击强化处理,并对其表面撤硬度和残余应力进行了实验测试与分析。结果表明,采用搭接率为40% 、牺牲层厚度为100μm、冲击次数为l次的激光冲击强化参数,冲击区的表面微硬度明显增加,表面做硬度从处理前的409.8 HV提高到处理后的544.6HV,冲击区表面存在的残余压应力数值高达320.6MPa。实验结果表明,激光冲击强化铁合金的效果明显,通过改变工艺参数可以获得较好的强化质量。
英文摘要In order to study and optimize the effect of laser penning on the properties of titanium alloy, a titanium alloy sample is processed using a YAG laser with the wavelength of 1064 nm and pulse energy of 6J, and its micro-hardness and residual stress are examined and analyzed. The experimental results show that the satisfying laser peening appearance can be achieved when the ablative layer thickness is 100 μm, overlapping ratio is 40% and laser peening times is 1 time. So as to, the surface micro-hardness increases from 409.8 HV to 544.6 HV and the compressive residual stress on the surface of laser shocked area reaches up to -320.6 MPa. Laser peening improves hardness and residual stress of titanium alloy significantly. The experimental results show that the effect of laser peening evidently strengthens the titanium alloy by changing the process parameters.
