在分析攀西地区生态环境问题的基础上，认为该区生态环境建设的主要任务包括：（1）水土流失治理；（2）工矿生态环境整治；（3）植被恢复与重建；（4）农业生态环境整治；（5）生态多样性保护；（6）生态聚落的建设；（7）重大自然灾害的预警及防治；（8）生态环境建设信息系统及其网络化，并分别阐述了它们的对策。指出生态环境建设要得以实施，必须加强人才库，知识库的培养与储备，融资途径的扩展和服务体系的完善。

The eco-environment problems in Panxi area are analyzed. The tasks of eco-environment construction in this area in the future are as follows: (1) the water and soil conservation; (2) the eco-environmental restoration of the zones of factory and mine; (3) the vegetation rehabilitation; (4) the ag ricultura lly eco-enviro nmental resto ra tion; (5) the bio-diversity protection; (6) the ecological construction of human settlement; (7) the prediction and prevention of disasters; (8) the construction of eco-enviro nmental information system. And some countermeasures are put forward. To improve the environmental quality, it is necessary to train talents, broaden the sources of fund and perfect the services system.
