| 中文摘要 | 嘉陵江上游流域生态环境脆弱,存在着水土流失、山洪、泥石流、地方病和水质污染问题等环境问题。文章将重点阐述这些环境的性质、强度、分布规律及其危害,并据环境问题的区域分异特点划分出四个环境问题综合区。最后提出了环境问题的防治对策。 |
| 英文摘要 | The ecological environment in upper reaches region of River Jialinjiang is low stable. There are many environment problems in this region,i. e.,soil erison, flows-disaster, dibri-follow, plance ill, and water pollution.etc.In this paper, the characteristics, form-proces, and, disaster degree of the environment problems given above have been explained. And then the areas is divided into four environment problem units based on the region defferience of environment problems. They are:the unit in the east areas of north Qinling mountains, the unit in upper reaches areas of Bailongjiang,the unit in lower reaches areas of Bailongjiang and the unit in the east-south areas of upper reaches of River Jialingjiang. At last, the counter-measures of the preventing above environment problems have been pointed out. |
