中文摘要Aiming at a new embedded torque sensor, based on the principle of measuring the relative displacement from inner and outer rings to know the transfer torque size, we designed a novel body structure. In this paper, we gave the typical configurations of body structure, conducted the study of comprehensive finite element analysis and topology optimization, and established the optimized structure of embedded torque sensor. There is a good linearity and high sensitivity of the designed body structure, which would lay a good foundation for the research and development for torque sensors accordingly.
