中文摘要随着社会的发展和技术的进步,许多领域对移动目标进行实时监控、导航、调度的需求日益增多,特别是针对车辆的监控应用需求更加迫切。如何开发出一套定位精度高、性能稳定、价格低廉、实用性强的车辆定位监控导航系统成为智能交通系统(ITS)中重要的研究内容之一,成为国内外研究的热点。本文将全球定位技术(GPS)、全球移动通信系统(GSM)、地理信息技术(GIS)及Web技术结合起来,开发出一套基于B/S模式的3G(GPS、GSM、GIS)的车辆监控系统。对系统的设计、设备选型、系统建立实现过程都作了详尽的说明,并对关键技术进行了研究。基于B/S模式的3G车辆监控系统由车载台、监控中心、通信网络和客户浏览器四部分构成。系统实现将监控中心上网,在网络并发环境下WebGIS的开发方式的选择成为系统开发的关键内容之一。本文在比较分析了多种开发方式的基础上,选用ActiveX GIS控件的方法来实现WebGIS,实现中采用mapxtreme for NT 3.0.取得了很好的实现性能,很好地满足了多用户的并发地图访问。同时在并发环境下对客户端监控命令的响应也成为系统研究的重点内容,系统采用消息队列的管理方式,由监控中心的通信模块发送消息队列中的监控命令,及时响应用户的监控请求。在城市交通环境下,使车辆定位到正确的道路上实现车辆的精确定位是系统研究的重要内容,本文采用伪距-位置集中差分GPS算法在监控中心实施之,跑车实验结果良好,使车辆的定位精度提高到10米左右。决定系统容量的通信网络的选择是系统设计的重要内容。本文在分析了传统的车辆监控系统的通信网络的特点的基础上,提出了利用GSM网络作为系统的通信网络,主要利用其短消息服务进行系统通信。

英文摘要With the development of society and the progress of science ,the demand for monitoring、navigating and scheming the mobile object in many fields is increasing ,especially in cars is the most urgent. How to develop a car monitoring system with high positioning precision and low price has become an important research content of ITS (Intelligent Transportation System) and a research hotspot. In this dissertation, we develop a 3G(GPS、GSM、GIS) car monitoring system based on the Browser/Server model ,which combines the technology of GPS(Global Positioning System)、GSM(Global System for mobile communications)、GIS(Geography Information System) and WEB and describes its design ,device selection, system construction and how to realize in detail. The key technology is also discussed. 3G car monitoring system is composed of broadcasting station in car、car monitoring center 、GSM communication network and client browser. This system realizes the car-monitoring center on Internet and becomes a key content to select the development method to realize the WebGIS. This article selects ActiveX GIS component to realize the WebGIS based on the analysis of many methods. In realization we use Mapxtreme for NT 3.0 to realize the WebGIS, which has good capability to satisfy multi-users’ concurrent map browser. At the same time, research on a method to respond to the car monitoring orders from the client browser in time is one of the most important research content .The system uses management mode of message queue to manage the car monitoring orders which are sent by the car monitoring center’s communication devices. Under the background of city traffic, how to realize cars’ precise positioning in order to locate the car in right road on the electrical map is also an important content. This article uses the algorithm of centralization DGPS in car monitoring center, which has great improvement in the positioning precision to about 10m. The communication network determines system capability, so how to choose the communication network has become an important research content. This article points out using GSM as the 3G car monitoring system’s communication network based on the analysis on the traditional communication network for car monitoring system, and mainly uses the SMS to accomplish the system communication.
