中文摘要以太网已在互联网、办公网络和企业管理网络等领域获得了广泛的应用,其技术日臻成熟。以太网被广泛接受的事实使其具有了在工业控制系统中应用的趋势和可能。工业以太网是将以太网技术应用工业控制系统,并对其进行改进,以适用于工业控制系统需求而产生的一种控制网络技术。由于工业以太网的实时性还没有得到有效地解决,因此,作为一种广义的现场总线技术,工业以太网将与传统的现场总线技术长期共存。以太网自身所固有的通信不确定性,是将其应用于工业控制系统的主要障碍。在不改变以太网通信机制的前提下,通过调度信息的发送来避免以太网的通信不确定性,使其能够满足工业控制系统的实时性需求,是本论文的一项主要研究内容。在工业控制系统中,设备之间具有共享数据和信息沟通的需要。设备的互操作能力直接影响到控制系统的性能和稳定性,而目前的设备互操作技术仍存在诸多缺陷,如设备描述规范互不兼容,互操作测试缺乏系统的测试案例生成技术等。因此,本论文还对设备互操作技术中的设备描述、互操作测试等方面的内容进行了研究。本论文的主要工作和贡献有以下几点: 1) 提出了一种实时通信机制。在工业以太网通信模型的数据链路层和网络层之间增加一个实时通信实体。由实时通信实体对每个设备发送的信息进行调度,可以避免信息发送的冲突问题。通过仿真实验验证了该实时通信机制的正确性和有效性。 2) 将用户层功能块的调度机制与工业以太网实时通信机制相结合,研究了实时通信实体中周期性通信时间调度表和非周期通信调度表的构建方法。 3) 采用在信息领域广泛应用的XML技术,制订了可扩展设备描述规范,并开发了解析设备描述文件的解释器软件,便于控制系统的集成和设备互操作。为工业控制领域的设备描述规范的标准化作了有益尝试。 4) 在建立功能块模态转换有限状态机模型和功能块通信有限状态机模型的基础上,研究了功能块模态转换测试序列的生成技术,并推导出可转化为测试案例的模态转换测试序列。在保证功能块测试案例完备性的基础上,为自动生成测试案例提供了一种有效的途径。 5) 设计了可以对被测设备进行功能测试的互操作测试系统,开发了其中的互操作测试平台。该测试系统能够在复杂条件下完成对被测设备的互操作测试。

英文摘要Ethernet has been widely accepted in information domain. It is possible to use Ethernet in industrial control systems. Industrial Ethernet is a kind of fieldbus technology which applies Ethernet in industrial field environment. Ethernet must be improved in order to meet the requirements of industrial control systems. As a general filedbus technology, industrial Ethernet will coexist with traditional fieldbus technologies for a long time because the real-time capability of industrial Ethernet has not resolved yet. The main obstacle to using Ethernet in industrial control systems is the communication nondeterminacy of Ethernet. In order to make Ethernet meet the real-time requirements of industrial control systems, a real-time communication mechanism is investigated in this dissertation. It can avoid communication collision by scheduling the transimission of information but not modifing the communication mechanism of Ethernet Devie interoperability directly affects the performance and stability of industrial control systems. But at the present, device interoperability techniques still have some limitations. Device description specifications are not compatible with each other. The techniques of generating abstract test cases are rarely applied in interoperability test. So the techniques of device description and interoperability test are also investigated in this dissertation. The main contributions are as follows: 1) A real-time communication mechanism is proposed in this dissertation. A real-time communication entity, which is added between the data link layer and the network layer of industrial Ethernet communication model, can avoid collisions by scheduling the transimission of information. The correctness and validity of the real-time communication mechanism are proved by simulation. 2) The methods to construct the periodic communication time schedule list and the nonperiodic communication schedule list are studied. 3) An extensible device description specification is established based on XML, which has been applied widely in the field of information technology. This specification is in favor of control systems integration and interaction between devices. It is usful for standardizing device description specifications in fieldbus domain. Parser software is developed for parsing device description files. 4) Function block test is an important aspect of interoperability test. The techniques of mode test sequence generation are investigated based on the fomal model of function block. The generated mode test sequences can be transformed to test cases in interoperability testing. This method provides a valid solution for generating test cases automatically. 5) An interoperability test system is designed for testing functions of device under test. Interoperability test platform is implemented. This test system can accomplish interoperability test under complex condition.
