| 中文摘要 | 可编程逻辑控制器（PLC）作为工业生产自动化领域的三大技术支柱（机器人技术、CAD/CAM技术和PLC技术）之一，以其高可靠性、高抗干扰性等优点被广泛地应用于工业过程控制中。由于工业自动化控制架构的不断变化，工业控制和管理一体化已成为工控技术的发展趋势，而PLC的开放性差、价格昂贵等缺点已经严重制约了其发展。借助计算机和软件技术，将工业实时数据库技术与软PLC技术相结合，产生了基于实时数据库的软PLC技术。该技术适应了企业综合自动化系统的发展，充分利用企业信息系统中的实时数据库，在监控层和控制层提供了方便而有效的组态、控制功能，使得监控更加容易，符合管控一体化发展趋势和工业软件一体化发展趋势。 本文以“中国科学院知识创新工程”项目“多总线集成的分布式工业控制系统”的子课题“开放系统工业控制软件技术”作为研究和开发的框架。以开发IEC61131-3标准中指令表语言编译器和基于SIAView的实时数据库的软PLC功能模块的工作为基础，对软PLC系统中指令表编译和基于实时数据库的软PLC所涉及的理论基础和关键技术进行详细的阐述。本文主要对软PLC系统的体系结构和IEC61131-3标准；软PLC运行系统核心——虚拟机的实现技术；软PLC开发系统中，指令表语言的编译技术；利用SIAView的内嵌实时数据库实现软PLC组态、控制功能的实现技术等几个方面进行研究和探讨。 |

| 英文摘要 | Programmable logical controller (PLC) which is regarded as one of the three key techniques (robot technique、CAD/CAM and PLC) of the automatic field, is widely applied to the industry process control with its high reliability and strong disturb resistance. With the changing of industry control architecture, the integration of industrial control and manage have become an important tread of control technology, the development of PLC is restricted by its shortcomings like poor openness and high price. Using the computer and software technology, integrating the Real-time Database (RTDB) technology and Soft PLC technology, the RTDB-based Soft PLC technology emerged. The paper is on the basis of the subproject “Software Technology in Industrial Control of Open System” of the project “Multi-bus Integrated Distributed Industrial Control System”, and takes the author’s development as the background, develops the theoretical foundation of RTDB-base Soft PLC and key technology in detailed introduction, which mainly includes: the systematic architecture and IEC61131-3 international standard; the kernel of running system—the realization of the virtual machine; the compile technology and the realization process of IL compiler in detail; the crucial technology of realization the Soft PLC , based on RTDB. |
