| 中文摘要 | This paper presents a framework of RCEMS models which comprise the Require model, the Concept model, the Engineering design model, the Manufacturing model and the Service model for the same product during overall lifecycle for network manufacturing based upon the our previously developed distributed product lifecycle modeling method. Where product service activities and service model is specially addressed, product service model is used to support the information share and exchange between customers and manufacturing enterprises, including a variety of service supporting information. An integrated service support environment is presented for a manufacturing enterprise which provides satisfactory services for its customers in time. Finally, a prototype system based on B/S scheme and RCEMS models is implemented, and some primary ideas are validated. |
