中文摘要 | 本文提出了一种新的统一误差分层算法。尽管当前许多分层算法采用各种方法减小误差,但却无法保证零件误差分布的均匀统一,致使零件的形状出现失真现象。为此本文对于不同的分层方法,提出了根据STL 模型三角形面片共享边的法向量来适应性调整分层高度的分层方法,使得整个零件保持同样的误差。实验表明,提出的算法不仅运行可靠高效,而且对提高零件的制造精度提供了有效的保证。 |
英文摘要 | A new slicing algorithm of unilateral tolerance is proposed in the paper. Though lots of current slicing algorithms all focus on minimizing the tolerance, they all overlook the importance of tolerance uniformity. This often results in the problems of shape distortion. Therefore to ensure unilateral tolerance on whole parts for all slicing type, a new slicing procedure is developed to adaptive adjust slicing height according to the unit normal vector of a share edge between triangle facets in stereolithography (STL) file. Experiments show the algorithm not only effectively and reliably slicing the STL model but also improving parts' working tolerance. |
