中文摘要 | 计算机辅助工艺设计(CAPP)是先进制造中的关键技术之一,是联系工程设计和制造的桥梁和纽带,是企业各部门信息交汇的重要环节。由于产品的多样性和工艺设计固有的复杂性,CAPP一直是先进制造系统中信息集成的瓶颈;多代理系统是当今国际上研究的热点之一,因其具有自治性、交互性、协作性、通信性等特点,可用来解决在生产制造领域中的分布、动态和柔款技术难题;把多代理技术引入CAPP系统,突破了传统CAPP的体系结构,增强了系统的智能性和灵活性。本项研究以国家863项目“基于多智能代理技术的船体装配CAPP系统”课题为背景,通过建立数据抽取、装配工艺生成、工艺计划生成和工艺图绘制等四个应用代理,以KQML规范作为系统的通信语言,借助于协调者的通讯服务,使各代理协作完成工艺设计任务;各代理采用基于黑板的控制结构,具有并行处理能力;提供了多种语法规范、具有嵌套式语句功能的Agent表达方式;增强了工艺决策知识表达能力,适用于面向Agent的编程设计;装配工艺生成代理采用了CASE-BASED的推理方法,可以生成符合企业要求的工艺文件。 |

英文摘要 | Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP), which is one of the key techniques in advanced manufacturing, is the bridge between computer aided design and computer aided manufacturing and the important tache of information communication in enterprise. Because there is much difference in the technics of enterprises, CAPP is "bottleneck" in the advanced manufacturing development. The MAS(multi-agent system), which possesses the characters of cooperatively, autonomy, extensibility and flexibility, is often used to deal with problems with complex environment and strongly uncertainty. CAPP system using multi-agent technology has more intelligence and flexibility than traditional CAPP system. This research is based on the project of "A multi-agent computer aided assembly process planning system for ship hull" which is supported by "863" program of China. The CAPP system has four application agents: data extract and BOM generation agent, computer aided process planning agent, technological quota generation agent and technological graph drawing agent. These agents work together to solve the process problem by using the KQML as communication language and the communication service provided by facilitator. Because of adopting blackboard control structure, the agents possess ability of contemporary management. The agent expression modes, with the nesting ability, enhance the expression capacity of technics decision-making knowledge and it is very convenient to encapsulate application system using agent oriented programming language. Computer aided process planning agent using CBR method can produce assembly process planning files which meet the requirements of the production. |
