中文摘要人类社会的发展已经进入知识时代,随着计算机及其网络的迅猛发展和性能的快速提升,制造业获得了充分发展,产品更新速度不断加快,地域不再成为障碍。新概念、新模式的提出创造了制造领域不同时期的辉煌,精益生产、敏捷制造、全球制造、绿色制造展现了各自独特的魅力。分散网络化环境的格局正在形成,制造业也越来越多地体现着网络化的特征。尽管现在确定21世纪主导性的生产管理模式还为时过早,然而针对分布式生产管理模式和Multi-Agent技术的广泛研究、应用已经初步表明了“分布”方式的潜力和优势。中国在历史发展过程中已经痛失过多次机遇,这一次,面对新的机遇和挑战,中国将主动出击。按照未来企业的普遍属性,结合我国国情,在企业中有步骤地实施敏捷制造和持续发展策略是我们前进的目标,而分散网络化制造给予了我们实现这一目标的可行方法。 本文广泛研究了不同时期生产管理模式的原理及其方法体系,分析了分散网络化制造环境的特点和需求,在此基础上研究了分散网络化制造环境下适合于我国制造企业的车间生产管理模式以及在此模式下的控制结构、协调模型和方法,建立了基于Multi-Agent技术的车间分布自治协作控制系统,从订单/任务优先级决策和订单/任务分解两方面对协商方法进行研究,并给出相关模型。整个MAS系统组织结构的设计增强了系统的可重构性能,以适应动态、分散的网络化制造环境多变的市场。在生产管理模式中引入JIT理念,与工作流思想相融合,使系统对内外部环境、需求的变化具有柔性。 本文所做的努力对分散网络化环境下由各相对独立的车间共同组建网络联盟企业及成员间的协调模型和方法进行了有益的探索,此类课题的研究与发展具有深远的意义和广阔的应用前景。

英文摘要Human society has come into a new times —— the knowledge era. Manufacturing developed very well under the development of computers and the network, and the fast improvement of their performance. The direct fact is the update speed of products, and the space is never a barrier. Some new concepts and models, such as Lean Production, Agile Manufacturing, Global Manufacturing, Green Manufacturing, et al., created different achievement in different period of manufacturing history and also expressed their special charm. The dispersed network environment is come into being, and the manufacturing show more and more characteristic of the network. Though it is too early to decide the leading production and management model in the 21st century, the extensive research and application on the distributed production and management model and Multi-Agent technology has shown preliminarily the potency and advantages of the distributed style. China has lost too many chances in the evolution of the history. But, this time China will join the international competition on her own and get what she should get. According to the properties of the future enterprises, taking the situation of our country into account and holding the continual development strategy, it is our goal to actualize Agile Manufacturing in the enterprises step by step. And the dispersed network manufacturing is one of the feasible ways to the end. In this dissertation, the principles and method systems of different production and management models in different period are studied widely, the characteristics and demands of the dispersed network manufacturing environment are also analyzed. And based on this, the workshop production and management model, which is fit for the enterprise in the dispersed network manufacturing environment, and relevant control architecture, negotiation models and methods are discussed. Then, the distributed, autonomic and concurrent workshop control system which is based on the Multi-Agent technology is supplied. In addition, order/task priority decision model and order/task decomposition model are proposed. The design of the architecture is propitious to make the system reconfigurable, which will adapt to the dynamic and dispersed market. In the production and management model, Just-In-Time technology is used and syncretizes with work-flow conception, so the system is flexible to the changes of environment and demands inside or outside. The research in this dissertation was an effort for the independent workshops to set up an Extended Enterprise and explore the possible negotiation model and methods among the partners. Study on this kind of topics has far-reaching meaning and comprehensive practical application perspective.
