分散网络化制造车间协作生产模式及方法研究

| 中文摘要 | 随着世界经济的迅猛发展和人们生活水平的日益提高，人们的消费需求变得更加多样化和个性化，那么如何让产品满足不同人们的需求就成为各国制造商们所必须要解决的问题。 在本文所要研究和论述的－分散网络化制造车间协作生产模式及方法研究－就是针对以上问题而提出的。分散网络化制造是由我国著名学者张曙所提出，其实质是利用网络技术，充分整合全社会的生产资源，打破企业之间的界限而进行协同生产，从而更快、更好的满足市场需求。 在本文中，我在以下几个方面进行了研究： 首先，给出了每个协作车间所采用的生产模式－独立制造岛生产模式。它是一种适合我国国情的、面向21世纪的、可持续发展的新型生产模式，具有封闭性、兼容性、分布性、继承性四个特征。 然后给出协作车间之间的任务分解的整体框架，任务分解算法、协作车间的选择、能力评价等一些算法。接着，给出了带有时间约束的反复协商协议，并详细介绍了各种协商机制和协商模型。在以上论述的基础上，对协作车间之间的任务静态调度和动态调度进行了详细的研究，特别是对车间任务完成的延迟给予了相应的解决方案。同时对于独立制造岛的面向任务的重构，给出了创新的算法。 最后对网络安全机制进行了论述，并对车间的协作生产过程进行了建模和设计。总之，本文是对分散网络化制造的研究方面的探索和尝试，必会对我国分散网络化制造的发展产生一定的积极作用。 |

| 英文摘要 | Be companied with the rapid progress of the world economy and the increasing enhance of people’s living level, the requirementOf the people’s consumption is becoming more diversified and customized. That how to make the product satisfy the need of various people becomes the problem that all the manufacturers must solve . What is discussed and researched in this paper ——the research of the cooperation production’s mode and method of the shop under the environment of the dispersed network manufacturing.——is aimed at the problem. The dispersed network manufacturing is put up by the Chinese scholar-zhang shu , the nature of which make use of the network technology , integrate the production resource of all the society , break the barrier between the enterprise and carry out cooperation production, in order to more quickly satisfy the market need .In the paper, my research is focused on the following aspects:First of all, I discussed the production mode in the cooperation shop –the independent manufacturing island .It caters to the situation of my country, is oriented to the 21th century , is able to progress continuously and have the property of closure,compatibility,distribution and inheritance . Then we discussed the integrative framework of task decompose between the cooperation shops, the arithmetic of task decompose, the selection of cooperation and the estimation of the cooperation follow. At the same time , we creatively put up the repeating negotiation protocol with the timing restriction, and introduce several mechanism and one mode of negotiation in detail. On the base of what we have discussed , we pay much attention to the static and dynamic scheduling of the task between the cooperation shops, especially bring forward the solving for the delay accomplishment of the task in the shop. And put forward the new arithmetic for reorganization of the independent manufacturing island .At the last,we discuss the security of network mechanism and model and design the course of the cooperation production process of the shop.In a word ,the work of the paper is exploration and attempt on the research of the dispersed network manufacturing, and which must be play an active role on the progress of the dispersed network manufacturing of my country. |
