中文摘要 | 本文介绍了一个Web环境下的面向产品的综合式CAPP系统,主要包括:(1)交互式CAPP:通过在IE5.5中嵌入Office Web Component组件和ASP脚本程序,向用户提供了通用的工艺文件模板、丰富的快捷键辅助编辑功能和友好的用户界面。此外,还提供了零件工装生成、编辑、汇总等功能。(2)检索式CAPP:通过可视化BOM树和关系数据库技术,实现产品零件工艺的查询与检索,以现存的工艺文件为模板,编制新的零件工艺文件。(3)基于知识的CAPP:包括BOM获取、零件信息输入、知识处理、工艺数据库维护和用户管理。采用XML描述工艺模板,利用Case-based和Rule-based相结合的推理方法生成箱体类零件的工艺文件,满足了企业生产需求。文章还详细论述了2个技术专题,(1)基于知识的CAPP系统的工艺知识获取方法,提出了推理函数可嵌套的产生式规则的形式化定义,以及规则的点击式输入方法和包括词法检查、语法检查和逻辑关系一致性检查的一套完整的规则检查方法。(2)采用特征技术的零件模型和数字产品模型,从产品、部件、零件、特征和几何信息等5个层次对产品和零件信息的综合描述,并从零件信息输入和产品BOM信息集成2个方面探讨了模型在CAPP系统中的应用。面向产品的综合式CAPP系统采用了Windows DNA软件体系结构,包括:用户服务层(存放在IIS服务器)、业务服务层(存放在应用服务器)和数据服务层(利用Oracle数据库的功能),在业务服务层,组件细分为外观组件、业务组件和数据访问组件三种,实现了系统的分布性和易维护性等特点。 |

英文摘要 | This thesis presents a product-oriented hybrid CAPP system in Web circumstance. It mainly comprises: (1) interactive CAPP subsystem: With the embedded Office Web Component and ASP script, IE5.5 provides the users a friendly program interface including: universal technological file templates, shortcut help functions and the index, compile and summarization functions on the technological device. (2) Retrieve CAPP subsystem. With the visual BOM tree and the relation database, the technological files of all the parts of the product can be searched and compiled based on an existent one. (3) rule-based CAPP subsystem: The subsystem is composed of: BOM acquisition, inputting of the part information, knowledge management, and maintenance of the technological database and users management. The technological templates are written and transferred in XML. Through the method of Case-based and Rule-based reasoning the technological files of the box-part are created to meet the requirement of the production of the factory. Two technology subjects are discussed in detail: (1) the knowledge acquisition in the Rule-based subsystem. The author presents the function-nested production rule formal definition and the check method. The method include: the lexical, semantic and logic relation checks of the rule (2) Building the model based feature to depict the part and product structure information. The model is five-layer structure with product, department, part, feature and shape information. The application of the model in the CAPP system is discussed to solve the problem of the part information input and integration of BOM. The CAPP system adopts the structure of Windows DNA including user server layer(IIS server),business service layer(application server)and data server layer(Oracle8i database).business service layer is fractionized Façade component, Business Logic Component, Data Access Component .This kind of software Structure materializes distribution and easy maintenance of the system. |
