| 英文摘要 | The invention discloses an elastic clamping type plastic hook pushing device and a method pushing into a tag by the device. The elastic clamping type plastic hook pushing device comprises a working table, wherein a hook box is arranged on the working table, a containing cavity is formed inside the hook box, the cross section of the containing cavity is matched with the outline appearance of a plastic hook, the bottom part of the hook box is provided with a channel allowing the plastic hook to come in and out, a pushing board is arranged at the opening position on one side of the channel and pushes the plastic hook out, the pushing board is connected on a pushing power component which enables the pushing board to move in a reciprocated mode, a transporting clamp is arranged on the opening position of the other side of the channel and transports the plastic hook and inserts the plastic hook into a clamping groove of the tag, and the transporting clamp is connected to a transporting power component which enables the transporting clamp to move in a reciprocated mode. The elastic clamping type plastic hook pushing device is simple in structure, convenient to operate, stable in performance and high in production efficiency, and the work of inserting the plastic hook into the tag is finished. |
