| 中文摘要 | 在企业的生产过程中,设备的状态是产品生产过程中重要的一环,正常运转的设备可以使生产顺利进行,降低企业的生产运营成本,保证产品质量。但是,目前仍有很多企业采用人工的方法对设备进行维护管理。本文提出了一种基于事件模型的设备维护管理系统,对设备的运行数据和维护维修记录进行分析,针对性的提出设备维护计划以及故障的解决方案。通过企业的实际使用,证明该系统可以很好的保证设备运行状态,保证生产的顺利进行。 |
| 英文摘要 | During the production process, the state of the equipment is an important part. A normally functioning equipment allows smooth production, reduces production operating costs and ensures product quality. However, there are still many companies use manual force to maintain and manage equipments. This paper proposes an equipment maintenance management system based on event model, which analyzes its operational data and equipment maintenance and repair records, and puts forward maintenance plans and solutions for malfunctions. The system, through actual use by enterprises, proves that it can guarantee a good running state and ensure smooth production. |
