A professional DVI-Video optical fiber transceiver was designed based on FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) in order to meet the need of real-time LED display. The system could be used to transmit a non-loss  real-time video source whose resolution was 1024 768 and refresh rate was 60Hz in a single mode optical fiber. The top-down design method was used while programming FPGA. Some module design ideas were discussed including video data acquisition  caching  framing  frame detecting and video reproducing. The required bandwidth of each module was analyzed and calculated in details. Some relevant simulation results were also given. In practical test  real-time video display was achieved. And the transmission rate of coded data was up to 2Gbps  and the transmission distance could reach 10km. 2011 IEEE.

Aimed at solving the practical problem about the difficult in the acquirement  the transformation and the sharing of the tacit knowledge  this paper have constructed a integrated context tacit knowledge modelCTKM  and the paper is based on the conclusion that knowledge is the product of certain context  the value of the knowledge depends on its context. Firstly  the model described in this paper fulfills online knowledge mutual platform  and it provide a support for the sharing transmission of the knowledge and the collection of tacit knowledge and knowledge context elements. After that  the paper constructs a context management model to finish the design of context recognition acquisition scheme and problem-based context modeling. Lastly  on the basis of the context model the paper fulfill the acquisition the expression  the sharing and the storage in the tacit knowledge management. CTKM model provide a solution of the integrated context for the tacit knowledge management and through the load of context elements achieve the effective sharing of the tacit knowledge. 2011 IEEE.

Small aircraft often used RS485 bus. But with the complexity of the small aircraft's subsystems increase and the progress of field bus technology  CAN bus systems in small aircraft use more and more widely. How to record real-time flight experiment data on the small aircraft's CAN bus and provide test data for reproducing the process of a small aircraft flying is very important. This paper presents a design method of signal acquisition device  it can be used for small aircraft flying field experiment. 2010 IEEE.  as the main chip with DSP2812  SJA1000 as CAN controller  CTM1050 as the CAN transceiver  CF card as storage media. Gives the diagram of its hardware and software design process. Combined with the background of a small aircraft  testing the instrument for data acquisition when the ground experiments and flight progress.
