Analyzed the forms of movement of missile actuator based on spatial RSSR linkage mechanism. To achieve synchronic output of each axis
applied the multi-body dynamic application ADAMS to realize its parametric modeling and optimization
finally got the appropriate parameters to satisfy the performance. Then
researched the parameters affection to synchronic performance completed the initial design of the actuator transmission system. 2011 IEEE.

The solar irradiance monitor (SIM)
with the design accuracy of 5
used to monitor the secular changes of the total solar irradiance on FY-3 satellite
takes the sun-scanning measurement method on-orbit. Compared to the sun-tracking measurement method
this method simplifies the structure and cuts the cost
but the measuring accuracy is affected by the sun-synchronous orbit
sunlight incidence angle and the installing angle of the SIM in the satellite. Through the ground calibration experiment
studies on the affection of different sunlight incidence angles to the measurement accuracy. First
by the satellite tool kit (STK) simulation software
simulates the orbital parameters of the sun-synchronous satellite
and calculates the Sun ascension and declination at any time. By the orbit coordinate transformation matrix gets the components of the Sun vectors to the axes of the satellite
and base on the components designs the field of view and the installing angles of the SIM. Then
designs and completes the calibration experiment to calibrate the affection of the incidence angles. Selecting 11 different angles between the sunlight and the satellite X-axis
measures the total solar irradiance by the SIM at each angle
and compares to the irradiances of the SIAR reference radiometers
and gets the coefficient curves of the three channels of the SIM. Finally
by the quadratic fitting
gets the correction equations on the incidence angles: R 1=5.7110-52 -2.45310 -3+1.0302
R2=2.8410-5-1. 96510-3+1.0314 and R3 =1.7210 -52-4.18410-4+0.9946. The equations will aimprove the on-orbit measurement accuracy of the solar irradiance
and are very important to the on-orbit data processing after the satellite launched. 2011 SPIE.

The opto-electronic platform is the main equipment for aviation reconnaissance. It is a surveillance system with the function of search
recognition orientation and tracking by opto- electronic instruments. It is made up of opto-electronic instruments which are used to get high quality image
and stabilization tracking system to control stabilization and gesture of platform for exact tracking. The opto-electronic platform purpose is to achieve high quality image. Besides the impact of optic system
the image quality of the system is influenced greatly in the vibration environment. The research worked by Zhao peng which demonstrated the affection caused by angular vibration was worse than which caused by line vibration
and what was multiplied direct ratio with plane altitude. So it is necessary to design a new device which could be used widely and has good angular vibration isolation effect. According to the theory of parallelogram
the non-angular vibration device had been designed with spatial links
and the theory of non-angular vibration was analyzed. The three-dimensional model was set with UG
the analysis was done by ADAMS/vibration software. The acceleration and displacement response of the device in each direction was calculated by inspiriting it with sine wave of the acceleration in three directions
and the stiffness and damp were studied. All the work prove the design principle of the device is reasonable
and the device is adopted to keep the platform motion moving horizontally
at the meantime the device is good at isolating vibration in all directions. 2010 SPIE.

In the device
a He-Ne laser of flash frequency 1-20 Hz was adopted as exciting light source
and three key technical problems have been solved successfully in order to enhance the detecting sensitivity and measuring stability of the device for time-resolved fluorimmunoassays(TRFIA) [1]. The first one is to design optimum exciting optical system
so that the exciting light beam excite the sample most effectively. The second one is to have a project spectrum filter which can reduce the affection of the background light to the photomultiplier tube and also ensure influence of the stray light and mixed diffusion light to the sample fluorescence to the least
the sample fluorescence through the integrating sphere and come to the grating monochromator
The right wavelength will be chosed through changing the angle of incidence of the grating monochromator. The third one is to simulate the principle of sample averaging of BOXCAR averager. In the device
SCM was used as primary controller and CPLD was used as timing controller. Through the preparation process
