The paper designs a driving circuit of high sensitive
wide dynamic and high signal-to-noise ratio for binocular CCD imaging system which adopts a Dalsa-made high resolution full-frame 33-mega pixels area CCD FTF5066M. Inner structure and driving timing of the FTF5066M sensor are presented. Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) is used as the main device to accomplish the timing design of the circuits and power driver control of the two sensors. By using the Correlated Double Sampling (CDS) technique
the video noise is reduced and the SNR of the system is increased. A 12- bit A/D converter is used to improve the image quality. The output rate of the imaging system designed with integrated chip can reach to 1.3 frames per second through bi-channel. For its good performance
low power consumption and small volume
the driving system can be applied to aeronautics and astronautics field. With a further improvement
a maximum data output rate of 2.7 frames per second can be reached through all the eight channels of the two CCDs. 2010 Copyright SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering.

In the field of manufacturing large aperture aspheric mirrors
mid-frequency surface error has been considered to be one of the most important factors for both manufacturing and testing technique. Mid-frequency surface error controlling the polishing process is not conventionally concerned as the same of controlling of low-frequency surface error. In order to solve such a problem
a new method - Multi-mode Combined Manufacturing (MCM) is put forward. MCM technology is useful for the control on all frequency-bands errors of optical surface and is adaptive to fast aspheric mirror especially. Based on classical manufacturing theory
principle analysis of MCM and experiments results are discussed in the paper.

This paper describes a kind of automatic test technology of the parameters used in a dual-CCD TV measure-system (TV -MS) .The TV -MS is the ground control equipment of the anti-tank missile and integrates the technologies of optical
machine and electronics. It is important and key component. The main technical parameters of the TV -MS are field of view
zero point
precision
sensitivity
anti-jamming ability
zooming time and focus time
etc. To insure the TV -MS satisfying the tactical and technical requirements and discover fault and reason
a fast and accurate equipment satisfying the test technical parameters of the TV -MS is urgently needed in manufacture and service. Firstly
the parameter test system converted optical signal to electronic signal
implemented automatic control of the invariant illumination of parallel pipeline output. Secondly
data and command delivering
displaying or printing are realized by using 80C196KB. The experiment result shows that the approach of automatic testing of the Parameters used in a dual-CCD TV -MS is successful and it can be used for all tests of the functions and parameters of the TV -MS. The main innovations are to realize the fast
veracious measure of technical parameters of the dual-CCD TV-MS
and integrate the technologies of optics
machineries and electronics. An advanced means is provided to judge the technical states
find malfunctions and discover the reasons in producing and maintaining process. The equipment suited for anti-tank missile systems is given.

CCOS (Computer Control Optical Surfacing) technology is widely used for making aspheric mirrors. For most manufacturers
dwell time algorithm is usually employed to determine the route and dwell time of the small tools to converge the errors. In this article
a novel damp iterative algorithm is proposed. We chose revolutions of the small tool instead of dwell time to determine fabrication stratagem. By using resistance iterative algorithm
we can solve these revolutions. Several mirrors have been manufactured by this method
all of them have fulfilled the demand of the designers
a 1m aspheric mirror was finished within 3 months.

Optical interconnection is the key technique of high-speed optical information process and optical communication. A lot of approaches for optical interconnection have been proposed since Goodman in Stanford University firstly proposed the optical interconnection for very large scale integrated circuits technology. A dynamical addressing device for optical interconnection was designed and fabricated in this paper. This optical device is based on one-dimensional nonlinear photonic crystal made on the planar waveguide. The nonlinear materials ZnS and ZnSe
which have large nonlinear refractive index coefficients
were alternately deposited on the waveguide to form one-dimensional photonic crystal. The Bragg condition is changed when the input power of the control light increased due to the nonlinear characters of the materials
thus the reflective angle of the signal light can be changed with the input power change of the control light. In our experiment
when increasing the power density of control light from 0 to 2.60X105W/cm 2
the angle of the signal beam can be changed about 20. The interconnection characteristics were investigated in theory and in experiment. The testing data agree well with theoretical predictions. This kind of devices is promising to use in the all-optical interconnection
optical information processing and optical communication.

The new design about a CW
digital all-solid-stated LD pumped Nd:YVO 4 controller is introduced. The stable output power of this digital laser controller which adopts Digital Signal Processor(TMS320C31) is approximately 20mW. The whole system is composed of constant- current source
protection circuit
pulse-width modulation circuit
Si-photo-detector and amplified circuit and Digital Signal Processor control system
etc. In terms of error deviation Based on nonlinear control curves of LD power output by Si-photo-detector
the region control can be obtained by means of the PID control algorithm in the software platform
that is
error amendment and high stability laser power output can be achieved. And the precision of temperature control can reduce from 0.2C to 0.04C. By adopted integral separated mode PID control algorithm
the LD output power instability ( %) down to 2%. By way of adopting the new digital design
the work to protect the laser diode
including the continuous adjustable output power with high accuracy and stability
is easily obtained. The internal-external modulation control of the laser power based on digital optical feedback can be accomplished with stable power output. At last
the bringing reasons of noise are analyzed and the solving methods are put forward in this paper.
