This paper presents the digital PI control method for design and simulation of a high precision limited angle brushless torque motor control system in Field Programmable Gate Array device (FPGA). The direct drive structures which are widely applied in many servo control fields. Matlab Xilinx System GeneratorR toolbox based on Fixed-Point Arithmetic is used to design the digital PI controller using DSP architecture  plot the responses of the control system and generate the VHDL source code. The control system model consists of a digital PI  a real LABTM  and a real absolute Inductosyn  encoder to rpm and position blocks. Through loading generated codes in process of the simulation that built by the digital discrete model  it is verified that the rising time of current loop is only 1.2ms  and rate loop is 8ms  overshoot is rarely 4.2%. Finally  the comprehensive positioning accuracy of system can reach up to 5 arc sec  and the rate jitter achieves 5% with the 4 arc sec accuracy absolute Inductosyn. In order to guarantee the precise initial flight trajectory  control the missile disturbance of large disturbance torque  three loop adaptive autopilot was researched. The characteristics of the projectile and three loop autopilot instruction formation characteristics were analysed. From equivalent pitching angle of lateral acceleration feedback loop  combined with the instruction of generalized error  autopilot structure was simplified  and three loop autopilot adaptive control law and stability were designed. The test data show that when disturbance torque was 600Nm  the attitude angle generalized error was -4.4. In the time lasted about 15s  late trajectory accuracy was within 1.0.Three loop autopilot adaptive control law was able to control the disturbance of initial trajectory and adapt to dynamic characteristics changes  control system stability. It was the initial trajectory accurate solution method of flight. 2011 IEEE.

An optical supporting structure is studied to improve its structure stiffness and reduce the rotate error to meet the requirement of aviation remote sensor. A formula to calculate fundamental frequency is proposed using Rayleigh-Ritz method  and a method of is analyzed. By means of OPTISTRUCT software  the maximum fundamental frequency is converted to object function  the deformation under the gravity and the mass are assigned to state variable  wall thicknesses of the structure are converted to design variables. The analysis and test results indicate that the fundamental frequency of designed optical supporting structure has been improved 37.2 Hz from 96.9 Hz  which guarantee the reliability of the sweep mechanism  and the rotate error is 4.89  which is satisfied for the rotate accuracy in plunge angle. The method of optimization has a certain instructional significance for the design of supporting structures in aviation remote sensor. 2011 IEEE.

The solar irradiance monitor (SIM)  with the design accuracy of 5  used to monitor the secular changes of the total solar irradiance on FY-3 satellite  takes the sun-scanning measurement method on-orbit. Compared to the sun-tracking measurement method  this method simplifies the structure and cuts the cost  but the measuring accuracy is affected by the sun-synchronous orbit  sunlight incidence angle and the installing angle of the SIM in the satellite. Through the ground calibration experiment  studies on the affection of different sunlight incidence angles to the measurement accuracy. First  by the satellite tool kit (STK) simulation software  simulates the orbital parameters of the sun-synchronous satellite  and calculates the Sun ascension and declination at any time. By the orbit coordinate transformation matrix gets the components of the Sun vectors to the axes of the satellite  and base on the components designs the field of view and the installing angles of the SIM. Then  designs and completes the calibration experiment to calibrate the affection of the incidence angles. Selecting 11 different angles between the sunlight and the satellite X-axis  measures the total solar irradiance by the SIM at each angle  and compares to the irradiances of the SIAR reference radiometers  and gets the coefficient curves of the three channels of the SIM. Finally  by the quadratic fitting  gets the correction equations on the incidence angles: R 1=5.7110-52 -2.45310 -3+1.0302  R2=2.8410-5-1. 96510-3+1.0314 and R3 =1.7210 -52-4.18410-4+0.9946. The equations will aimprove the on-orbit measurement accuracy of the solar irradiance  and are very important to the on-orbit data processing after the satellite launched. 2011 SPIE.
