In order to realize the digital of Electromechanical Actuator(EMA) control system  the CAN Bus  which has efficient reliable performance and flexible network modes  works as data interface.The EMA test scheme is designed based on the CAN Bus.First of all  the microcontroller DSP with the CAN Bus works as the core of the EMA control system circuit boards.Then the CAN Bus test network is established with the EMA  Ground Test System and Autopilot computer.The function and self-check of the EMA canbe conveniently tested by the network and the result of the test canbe easily displayed in the PC.Finally  the CAN Bus test network is established with the EMA  the Frequency Characteristics Scanner and etc.The purpose is to test the performance of the EMA.The result of the test can be intuitively showed on the Frequency Characteristics Scanner.In a word  the application of the CAN bus provides a new method to test the EMA and reference to engineering the digital EMA  which has vital significance. 2011 IEEE.

Small aircraft often used RS485 bus. But with the complexity of the small aircraft's subsystems increase and the progress of field bus technology  CAN bus systems in small aircraft use more and more widely. How to record real-time flight experiment data on the small aircraft's CAN bus and provide test data for reproducing the process of a small aircraft flying is very important. This paper presents a design method of signal acquisition device  it can be used for small aircraft flying field experiment. 2010 IEEE.  as the main chip with DSP2812  SJA1000 as CAN controller  CTM1050 as the CAN transceiver  CF card as storage media. Gives the diagram of its hardware and software design process. Combined with the background of a small aircraft  testing the instrument for data acquisition when the ground experiments and flight progress. In order to increase the transmission distance and reduce noise effectively  a communication system with the optical fiber interface is developed in this paper. In the system  the PCI bus is adopted as the connection bus between the underlying optical fiber transceiver module circuitry and host computer using the WDM driver. The FPGA is the core logic of the whole system  responsible for data transmission and timing logic control. The module structure and the design method of the PCI bus  the principle and the design of optical interface module and the bottom-driven development are described in this paper. The experiment results show that the system has basically meet requirement targets. It can achieve the maximum transfer rate of 40MBps when running in the DMA mode. With long transmission distance  strong antiinterference and high scalability  this system has stable and reliable performance. 2010 IEEE.
