For the factors of increased of tasks  enhancements of functions and improvement of integrity and complexity in aerospace camera  application system has raised high and long-term in-orbit autonomy and reliability requirements on camera controller. Based on an actual project application background  this paper has put forward a design method of new high reliability aerospace camera controller in-orbit software reinjection instruction sequence which use TSC695F as kernel CPU and process flow of bootstrap receive  cache  checkout and storage update data. Finally  combined with specific test module for camera controller software re-injection  the validity of the software re-injection method raised here has been verified. Still here gives out reference codes of update data package which generated by the ground. 2012 IEEE.

A kind of precision harmonic gear drive in the focusing mechanism of space camera is studied  which adopt external meshing complex wave transmission mode. Wave generator is combined with an elliptic cam and a flexible bearing around it. Flexspline is a structure of single wave with the same teeth. The output shaft is supported by a single cross-roller bearing. Ball screws connected the output shaft translate the rotational motion to the linear motion  and drive the focusing mirror repeated moving along the linear guide. The output rigid wheel is connected with absolute encoder to detect displacement of focusing movement. It has the characteristics of big transmission ratio  high precision  compact structure  high efficiency and smooth running etc. According to the practical application of this harmonic gear drive in the space camera  the location relationship between the displacement of focusing structure and the focal plane movement is derived  and the system error is analyzed  its accuracy is tested with the open-loop control method. Experimental results show that transmission ratio of the instrument is 1:70  repeated positional accuracy is 2m  which meet the requirements for use. 2010 SPIE.

In order to solve the registration problem of different source image existed on aerial image fusion  algorithms based on Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) are applied as search strategy in this paper  and Alignment Metric (AM) is used as judgment. This study has realized the different source image registration of infrared and visible light with high speed  high accuracy and high reliability. Basically  with little restriction of gray level properties  a new alignment measure is applied  which can efficiently measure the image registration extent and tolerate noise well. Even more  the intelligent optimization algorithm - Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is combined to improve the registration precision and rate of infrared and visible light. Experimental results indicate that  the study attains the registration accuracy of pixel level  and every registration time is cut down over 40 percent compared to traditional method. The match algorithm based on AM  solves the registration problem that greater differences between different source images are existed on gray and characteristic. At the same time  the adoption of combining the intelligent optimization algorithms significantly improves the searching efficiency and convergence speed of the algorithms  and the registration result has higher accuracy and stability  which builds up solid foundation for different source image fusion. The method in this paper has a magnificent effect  and is easy for application and very suitable for engineering use. 2010 IEEE.

Using ferrocene as catalyst precursor  C2H2 as carbon source  carbon nanotubes (CNTs) with uniform density were synthesized on carbon fibers substrate by floating catalyst method. The morphology and microstructure were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM) and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM). The observation showed that the length of CNTs is about 2 m  the average space between adjacent CNTs is about 300 nm and the diameter of CNT is about 45 nm. The less dense "short and stubby" aligned CNTs films should have good electron field emission characteristics. The results of field emission showed that the emission current of CNTs/carbon fibers was 5 A at the field of 2.5 V/m  and the emission current can be 280 A with a field of 7 V/m (the specimen area is 0.25 cm2 and the distance between cathode and anode is 200 m). The calculation based on the F-N plot indicated that the field enhancement factor of CNTs tip is 499122. Using the conductivity and chemical stability of carbon fibers and the uniform and sparse density distribution of CNTs on carbon fibers substrate  the tip predominance of carbon nanotubes can be exerted  and simultaneously the effect of screening effects between adjacent carbon nanotubes on the field emission performance can also be effectively decreased. The CNTs synthesized on carbon fibers substrate has many predominances for the fabrication of cold cathode devices. For example  using the removability of carbon fibers  the cathode of CNTs/carbon fibers can be arbitrarily moved  enlaced or combined to form different patterns  and the cathode of CNTs/carbon fibers can be also fabricated in large size. Therefore  CNTs/carbon fibers may have potential application in field emission displays.

North-finder system is an important application of the inertial technology. It provides true north azimuth information to f all kinds of ground-based equipment. This paper designed a dynamic automatic north-finder based on the modulation output of fiber optic gyroscope (FOG). In this scheme  the sine output signal of the FOG was sampled and disposed  and then the real north of surveyed point on the surface of earth was calculated. The deviation caused by the base tilt was compensated by an accelerator. The output signals of FOG and accelerator were computed combined with the position sampled from increasing encoder by digital signal processor. Successive rotating technique was adopted to modulate the FOG signal periodically. Most of the low frequency part of random gyro drift errors was compensated. The north-finder accuracy was improved compared with the traditional static measuring method. The test result shows the FOG automatic north-finder obtains 2' true north angle accuracies within not more than three minutes  can meet the orientation need of artillery  terrain measurement vehicle  armored car  unmanned drive vehicle  geodetic survey and tunnel exploration.
