This paper presents the digital PI control method for design and simulation of a high precision limited angle brushless torque motor control system in Field Programmable Gate Array device (FPGA). The direct drive structures which are widely applied in many servo control fields. Matlab Xilinx System GeneratorR toolbox based on Fixed-Point Arithmetic is used to design the digital PI controller using DSP architecture
plot the responses of the control system and generate the VHDL source code. The control system model consists of a digital PI
a real LABTM
and a real absolute Inductosyn
encoder to rpm and position blocks. Through loading generated codes in process of the simulation that built by the digital discrete model
it is verified that the rising time of current loop is only 1.2ms
and rate loop is 8ms
overshoot is rarely 4.2%. Finally
the comprehensive positioning accuracy of system can reach up to 5 arc sec
and the rate jitter achieves 5% with the 4 arc sec accuracy absolute Inductosyn. (2013) Trans Tech Publications

For the factors of increased of tasks
enhancements of functions and improvement of integrity and complexity in aerospace camera
application system has raised high and long-term in-orbit autonomy and reliability requirements on camera controller. Based on an actual project application background
this paper has put forward a design method of new high reliability aerospace camera controller in-orbit software reinjection instruction sequence which use TSC695F as kernel CPU and process flow of bootstrap receive
cache
checkout and storage update data. Finally
combined with specific test module for camera controller software re-injection
the validity of the software re-injection method raised here has been verified. Still here gives out reference codes of update data package which generated by the ground. 2012 IEEE.

Anti-radiation TSC695F is usually used as aerospace payload controller in tasks to ensure the aerospace payload having extremely high reliability in abominable space environment. The processor bases on SP ARC V7 architecture with parity check and EDAC
so it could design out high reliable bootstrap loader to guarantee the operation system of VxWorks and application codes loaded correctly and worked stable and high effective. First
this paper put forward the system hardware composition and boot mode which apply for aerospace payload
then it makes clear the related contents of register group initialization
stack initialization
system hardware initialization in bootstrap loader of TSC695F and give out the method to establish TRAP table. That's all through comparing different type of organize mode of program image. After that
compiling of target codes have been described and the kernel code of MakeFile had been given at the same time for reference aimed at the realization of engineering. Although this paper is based on TSC695F
but it could be extended to other embedded system based on SP ARC for bootstrap loader analysis and design
for example
the TSC697 which based on SP ARC V8 with higher performance
so this paper has extremely high engineering value. 2010 IEEE.

The system adhibits complex optical design
so it may eliminate the effect of image error. For the high power semiconductor laser the system can work in atrocious weather -such as smoking-fog. It manufactures a new 24-bit absolute angle-shaft encoder. There are more reading heads
contrastive readings
so it can eliminate the shaft error for discrepancy 90 degree square wave. It uses high precision liner array CCD
then the system may reduce error codes. The practice proves that the system can measure angle and photoelectricity collimation. The precision keeps ahead in home
so the error of one circle is minute to 1.5 in level and the precision of limit is less than 8 .
