This article introduces a dynamic target simulation device to evaluate dynamic image quality of the aerial camera. The device simulated the positional relationship of the sky and ground in the laboratory when aerial camera flies at high altitude. And it can be used to inspect camera image quality of aerial camera flying at high altitude in laboratory. At a same time
the article focuses on this servo control system of device
building a control model

In order to determination of cholesterol in human serum with no reagent using nearinfrared (NIR) spectroscopy. Interval partial least square (iPLS) was proposed as an effective variable selection approach for multivariate calibration. For this purpose
an independent sample set was employed to evaluate the prediction ability of the resulting model. The spectrum was split into different interval. Then
the informative region of cholesterol (1688-1760nm)
in which the PLS model has a low RMSEP with 0.241mmol/L and a high R with 0.975
is selected with 23 intervals. The results indicate that
the informative region of cholesterol can be obtained by iPLS and applied to design the simpler reagentless NIR instruments for inexpensive cholesterol measurement in future. (2012) Trans Tech Publications

Semi-physical simulation of attitude control system is the more synthetically test and verify for designing of small satellite control system. It is an important means of small satellite development. However
the results of current semi-physical simulation system have a lot of non-intuitive. Compare with the actual environment
the simulation environment still has striking disparity. So the shortcomings affect precision of simulation. Based on the virtual display technology
the group semi-physical simulation system has been constructed for attitude control of small satellite due to the combination with xPC real-time environment

To efficiently evaluate the tracking index of theodolite
as well as avoiding influence resulted from higher harmonics when used opto dynamic target and use equivalent sine to evaluate the tracking index
in this paper
we resorted to General Regression Neural Network to do the new research on theodolite tracking accuracy evaluation method. Experimental results indicate that the method realized the equivalent sine to evaluate the tracking index of theodolite and avoided the higher harmonics influence with opto dynamic target. Subpixel technique of linear CCD is effective to enhance the spatial resolution without increasing the focal length of optics and reducing the pixel size. To compare image quality of two main subpixel imaging modes
quincunx sampling and four-point sampling
a method to quantitatively evaluate image quality of subpixel based on MTF was proposed. The MTF of quincunx and four-point sampling modes were derived. Analytical results shows that theoretical limiting resolution of quincunx sampling and four-point sampling is improved to 1.4 and 1.86 times respectively
and MTF values at Nyquist frequency of two modes are increased by 0.1106 and 0.1679
respectively. MTFA in (0
0.5) of two subpixel imaging modes were calculated and results illustrates that four-point sampling offers much more improvement with image quality than quincunx sampling
at the cost of double amount of data. A model for simulating subpixel imaging using Matlab was established
and simulation results of spoke target verify the theoretical analysis. (2012) Trans Tech Publications

In most applications of remote sensing data
special spatial information is required from a finer to a coarser spatial resolution with appropriate upscaling methods. The purpose of this paper is to compare and evaluate current spatial upscaling methods using MODIS remote sensing data with multiple spatial resolutions. In the research
Northeast China was selected as the study area. MODIS data with spatial resolutions of 250 m (2 bands) and 500 m (7 bands) were used as the test data. Through using the selected upscaling methods
the Band 1 and Band 2 data of MODIS were scaled up from 250 m to 500 m spatial resolution. On the basis of land cover characteristics of Northeast China
the MODIS data located in the study area was classified into the five land cover types
including water
grasslands
forests
farmlands and bare lands using maximum likelihood method. The land cover classification results were further compared with MODIS Land Cover Type product. Finally
Structural Similarity (SSIM) was selected to evaluate the effects of these upscaling methods. The research can provide more useful information for spatial scaling transformation in remote sensing data applications. 2012 SPIE.
