Atmospheric path radiance is the key factor in the accuracy of objective radiation measurement. In the traditional radiation character measurements
it is compared with the results of MODTRAN and measurement in experiment. It is revealed that the accuracy of software is 7.8%
under the help of the atmospheric observation equipment
and the formula is 4.9%
MODTRAN and other software likewise
which could demonstrate the validity of the pproximate calculation formula in close range and horizontal direction. In this article
the indeterminacy rate could be around 10~20%
in the process of deducing and experiment
it is highly restricts the measurement accuracy of objective radiation. For this reason
the validity of the approximate calculation formula in close range and horizontal direction is fully proved
it is quite significant to develop the study of measure and calculation in path radiance. The approximate calculation formula for path radiance in close range and horizontal direction is expressed in this article

Large aperture collimator which has been widely used for calibrating and testing various optical devices plays an essential role in correlative laboratories. As being the basic testing and calibration equipment
the large aperture collimator's accuracy should be much higher than the device under testing in order to ensure the accuracy of the measurement. However
the process of adjusting the collimator is extremely complicated due to the collimator's large aperture and long focal length. So it is difficult to ensure the measurement's quality and easy to cause the system being vulnerable to the surrounding environment. One of the most common problems is defocus. In order to solve the problem above
this issue presents a new type of autocollimator autofocusing system which uses pentaprism instead of using large-aperture plane mirror
semiconductor lasers as light source and CCD sensor as receiver. The system is smaller
lighter
and more convenient when using. The computer simulation shows that the autofocusing system's resolution could reach the accuracy of 40m. If we use the relevant algorithms to execute the sub-pixel scanning
the resolution could reach the accuracy of 10m. It shows that the system could satisfy the required testing precision of testing large aperture optical device.

In order to realize real-time measurement based on image
proposes a design project of embedded image grabber and processing system based on camera link interface. The system adopts FPGA+DSP structure design. DSP used to process the image and send out processing results to external. FPGA adopts modularize design. It contains camera link interface module
image memory module
DSP connection module and so on. The experiment results show that the system design flexibility

Laser pulse code is an anti-jamming measures used in semi-active laser guided weapons. On account of the laser-guided signals adopting pulse coding mode and the weak signal processing
it need complex calculations in the frequency measurement process according to the laser pulse code signal time correlation to meet the request in optoelectronic countermeasures in semi-active laser guided weapons. To ensure accurately completing frequency measurement in a short time
it needed to carry out self-related process with the pulse arrival time series composed of pulse arrival time
calculate the signal repetition period
and then identify the letter type to achieve signal decoding from determining the time value
number and rank number in a signal cycle by Using CPLD and DSP for signal processing chip
designing a laser-guided signal frequency measurement in the pulse frequency measurement device
improving the signal processing capability through the appropriate software algorithms. In this article

In the near infrared spectroscopy
detector of Charge-coupled Device requires very high stability for light source. We design the cold light source in the measurement of near infrared spectroscopy. Cold light source consists of high-power op amp OPA549 high current constant current source and proportion integral differential (PID) control algorithm. As is shown in the experimental results

In order to satisfy to the real-time requirement of image interpretation system in photoelectric measurement equipments
a kind of hardware acceleration system with MIMD distributed multi-processor architecture based on SOPC technology is designed. The particle filter algorithm is proposed to process image interpretation for state estimation problem of nonlinear and non-Gaussian system. This algorithm does not involve conventional linearization transform
and has approximated the posterior probability density by a set of discrete particles. Therefore the approximate optimum result is educed. It has a high accuracy and a rapid convergence. Experimental results show that the algorithm be adequate to real time

The distortion made by optical lens largely affect the measurement accuracy of the large field of view photoelectricity measurement system
according to the theory of aberration in the photoelectricity system
this paper design a series of distortion measurement devices
in connection with the process of distortion correction in photoelectricity system

Infrared radiation signature measurement of targets is one of important ways for target signature acquirement and target recognition. When measuring the infrared signature of a target in the atmosphere
molecules and aerosol particles in the atmosphere would attenuate the infrared radiation from the target
and at the same time
the air path radiation would be added to the target radiation. Therefore
in order to obtain the intrinsic infrared radiation of the target
it is necessary to perform atmospheric correction in the process of target radiation inversion. A model for target radiation measurement and inversion was established
and precision analysis on the model was given. A longwave infrared camera was used to perform infrared signature measurement experiment on an ISDC extended-area blackbody. Based on atmospheric parameters
the atmospheric transmittance and the air path radiation between the blackbody target and the camera were calculated by using the MODTRAN software
for use in atmospheric correction in the target radiation inversion process. The experimental results showed that radiation inversion precisions were about 7.3%9.3%. Additionally
inversion precision will improve as target temperature rises. 2010 IEEE.

In computer graphics applications
mesh coarsening is an important technique to alleviate the workload of visualization processing. Compared to the extensive works on static model approximation
very little attentions have been paid to animated models. In this paper
we propose a new method to approximate animated models with local area distortion and deformation degree control. Our method uses an improved quadric error metric guided by a local area distortion measurement as a basic hierarchy. Also
we define a deformation degree parameter to be embedded into the aggregated quadric errors
so areas with large deformation during the animation can be successfully preserved. Finally
a mesh optimization process is proposed to further reduce the geometric distortion for each frame. Our approach is fast
easy to implement
and as a result good quality dynamic approximations with well-preserved sharp features can be generated at any given frame. 2010 SPIE.
