With finite element analysis software Moldflow  numerical simulation and studies about FM truck roof handle were conducted on gas-assisted injection molding process. The influences of melt pre-injection shot  gas pressure  delay time and melt temperature were observed by using multi-factor orthogonal experimental method. According to the analysis of the factors' impact on evaluation index  the optimized parameter combination is obtained. Therefore the optimization design of technological parameters is done. The results show that during the gas-assisted injection molding  optimum pre-injection shot is 94%  gas pressure is 15MPa  delay time is 0.5s  melt temperature is 240 C. This study provided a more practical approach for the gas-assisted injection molding process optimization.

For the factors of increased of tasks  enhancements of functions and improvement of integrity and complexity in aerospace camera  application system has raised high and long-term in-orbit autonomy and reliability requirements on camera controller. Based on an actual project application background  this paper has put forward a design method of new high reliability aerospace camera controller in-orbit software reinjection instruction sequence which use TSC695F as kernel CPU and process flow of bootstrap receive  cache  checkout and storage update data. Finally  combined with specific test module for camera controller software re-injection  the validity of the software re-injection method raised here has been verified. Still here gives out reference codes of update data package which generated by the ground. 2012 IEEE.

Gas-assisted injection molding(GAIM)is a new kind of plastic processing technique. It is one of the most important developments in the injection molding industry. GAIM has many advantages such as lower injection pressure  lower warpage  better surface quality  lower material consumption  and shorten molding cycle time  etc. MPI/Gas module of Moldflow software can be used to simulate the GAIM process to optimize the whole molding process. In this study  the FM new truck interior ceiling handle was analyzed in GAIM process based on the MPI/Gas module. The simulation results showed the gas penetrating time  the contours of plastic layers thickness fraction of the parts and the gas volume fraction changing with time. The results can help technicians to determine the optimum process of the melt injection and the gas injection to ensure the final quality of the parts. 2011 Trans Tech Publications.

In this paper  Mg0.12Zn0.88O/ZnO heterostructures were fabricated on c-plane sapphire (Al2O3) substrates by plasma-assisted molecular beam epitaxy (P-MBE). The quality of the Mg 0.12Zn0.88O alloy thin film was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and reflection high-energy electron diffraction (RHEED). Optical properties of the Mg0.12Zn0.88O/ZnO heterostructure were studied by absorption and photoluminescence (PL) spectra. At room temperature (RT)  Mg0.12Zn0.88O/ZnO heterostructures show two absorption edges originating from ZnO and Mg 0.12Zn0.88O layers  respectively. In PL spectra  two ultraviolet emission bands related to the ZnO layer and the Mg 0.12Zn0.88O layer were observed. The emission band from Mg0.12Zn0.88O layer dominates at moderately lower temperature  and the luminescence of ZnO becomes gradually important with increasing temperature. This is suggested to exist as a potential barrier in the interface and to restrict the relaxation of the carriers from the Mg 0.12Zn0.88O layer to ZnO layer. As the thickness of ZnO layer decreases  the emission from the Mg0.12Zn0.88O layer becomes weaker and weaker. When the ZnO thickness is up to 2 nm  only the luminescence of the ZnO layer is observed at RT. The quenching of the emission corresponding to the MgZnO layer indicates the existence of a strong injection process in the samples with thinner ZnO layer. 2005 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
