Such strong EMI causes great damage and interference to the control system based on DSP. In this paper we present the interference sources and their distribution and propose the methods of anti-interference. Measures for hardware design include weakening transient ground potential difference by using equipotential lines between devices using signal isolation interface to inhibit the transient ground potential interference and rational layout shielding and filtering to the control system. And methods for software design include range-limited filter self-diagnosis and self-repair for the critical data and anti-interference during abnormal reset. The EMI has been inhibited effectively by the anti-interference method proposed above. The result shows that: the software anti-interference method is as important as the hardware anti-interference method for the control system in a complex environment of strong EMI. 2010 IEEE.

However as FSK is non-linearly modulated parameter estimation with high accuracy is hard to realize. Based on the spectrum analysis complement with time-frequency distribution a highaccuracy FSK signal parameter estimation algorithm is put forward in this paper. According to the signal characteristics under-sampling and ZFFT are used to improve the accuracy of spectrum analysis and the base frequency resolution meets system requirement of 0.02Hz. Wigner-Ville distribution has an excellent time-frequency concentration while serious cross-term interference at the same time. Through the design of kernel function the cross-terms are almost suppressed and the upper/down side frequency resolution meets the system requirement of 0.2Hz. The effectivities of all the methods mentioned above have been proved by MATLAB simulation which pave a solid way for the development of high-accuracy FSK signal parameter estimation devices. 2008 IEEE.

Our theory analysis showed that multiple reflections taking place within the transparent thin film result in an extra phase change. The simulation and experiment results revealed that this extra phase change is also related to the thickness of thin film the numerical number of microscope interferometer objective and the spectral distribution of light source. As a result of extra phase change the interferogram has some deviation in its shape or two interference fringes may appears while the thickness of thin film is large.
