The optical shape will be influenced seriously by these factors. But the impacts will not be shown in linear analysis results  because as the simplification  these factors have been ignored. The nonlinear analysis method for predicting optical surface deformations resulted from assembly process is discussed in detail. Take a typical mirror support structure for example  the nonlinear analysis model was established. Comparing the calculation results with the optical shape test  it is illustrated that nonlinear analysis is more accurate and closer to the test result. We propose the use of surface torsion to represent local features on the original model  and consider it as an additional weight factor when calculating the edge contraction cost during the simplification process. The approximations of the original deforming models are generated progressively from the first frame to the last one. Based on the edge contraction sequence in the previous frame  the contraction order in the current frame is adjusted according to the deformation degree. PD solves the Zernike coefficients of the wavefront by utilizing two images obtained with different defocus value. In this paper  we propose a method to restore the image and estimate the wavefront error of an imaging system. And we use present white noises to verify the robustness of the algorithm. We design an experiment system and implement it in our laboratory. The proposed algorithm is validated by computer simulations and experimental results. To use a broadband white object in experimental system a reasonable simplification for the system model is done. Our results show that the robustness against Gaussian white noises of the method is better then the case when the variance value is 0.03.
