Combining the requirements of the control system which needs to complete the engineering tasks and multi-task  real-time  it gives serial port driver and design of application layer. It proposes a multiple-task model and a method of task-scheduling. It also offers the detailed artifice of measurement under the pc104 hardware  and the results showed that multitask to meet the multi-task and real-time.
