Primary mirror' surface figure is affected by supporting structure obviously. Especially for large-aperture telescope
the surface figure is significant because of primary mirror' self-weight. For the requirement of the usage
it's necessary to minimize the surface figure from self-weight by reasonable supporting scheme. The text optimized support point and force of radial support to minimize the surface figure by finite-element software. At the same time
it studied the relationship between support point and counterweight to reduce the weight of support structure. At last

To obtain high resolution
high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR)
high reliability and real time in wide spectral range
we study the space modulation Micro Fourier Transform Spectrometer (FTS) based on multi-step mirrors covering the spectral range of 3-5m and 8-12 m in theory and experiment. The influences of spectrum reconstruction caused by the diffraction and extended light source in Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer (FTIR) are analyzed. A method to reduce the noises in spectrum reconstruction and the relationship between coherent intensity and solid angle of light source are discussed. An extended light source with suitable size is chosen
considering the requirement of SNR and spectrum resolving power in the optical design. Furthermore
the fabrication of micro multi-step mirrors
which is the core part of FTS
is investigated. Three methods for fabricating multi-step micro mirrors are demonstrated. 2011 IEEE.

The radiometric calibration of the thermal imager was investigated to build the relationship between the input radiance and the digital output to realize the temperature measurement. The radiometric calibration was implemented in the State Key Laboratory of Applied Optics. A standard black body source was served as radiation source. The response of the thermal imager to the input radiance was tested for different gains. The experimental results show that the average grey level of the output imaging is linear dependence of the input radiance. Because the radiance in the receiving wave range of the thermal imager is linear with the black body's temperature based on Planck's law of radiation
the average grey level of the output image is also linear with the black body's temperature after fitting a curve to the experiment data points. Then the relationship of the response and the gain was studied when the black body's temperature kept constant. The preliminary analysis of calibration data shows that the response of the thermal imager is linear and the average grey value of the image is directly proportion to the gain. According to the experimental results
the reference gains and the dynamic range of temperature measurement were obtained. Finally
the uncertainty influencing the calibration results was analyzed
the analysis shows the maximal uncertainty is 5.2%
