In order to guarantee the precise initial flight trajectory  control the missile disturbance of large disturbance torque  three loop adaptive autopilot was researched. The characteristics of the projectile and three loop autopilot instruction formation characteristics were analysed. From equivalent pitching angle of lateral acceleration feedback loop  combined with the instruction of generalized error  autopilot structure was simplified  and three loop autopilot adaptive control law and stability were designed. The test data show that when disturbance torque was 600Nm  the attitude angle generalized error was -4.4. In the time lasted about 15s  late trajectory accuracy was within 1.0.Three loop autopilot adaptive control law was able to control the disturbance of initial trajectory and adapt to dynamic characteristics changes  control system stability. It was the initial trajectory accurate solution method of flight. 2011 IEEE.

In order to meet the requirement of inertial navigation components and minimizing the system's weight  and topological optimization was conducted. Then  topological optimization and size optimization were conducted under conditions of random vibration and impact. Firstly  according to the dynamic characteristics of missile and requirement of inertial navigation system  the structure of inertial navigation support was designed according to types of missile connection and space arrangement of electronic components  the method of transforming multi-loading cases to multi-loading constraints was used to optimizing the size of the support under conditions of random vibration and impact. Comparing to the original support structures  RMS accelerations in installed points reduced by 25.2% under random vibration  the weight of optimal structures reduced by 28.1%  the structures also met the requirement of inertial navigation system under condition of impact. The support structure shows improvements in both dynamic characteristic and light weight comparing with the original one. 2011 IEEE.

Stray light is non-imaging light that reach the optical system imaging plane. The non-imaging light can be received by detector if it is not effectively controlled  and stray light which directly irradiates on the detector has great influence on the imaging quality. Stray light can be effectively inhibited  if the outer baffle of space camera is designed optimally. Carbon fiber composite material is chosen as main material to meet requirements of a coaxial space optical system. The outer baffle should have advantages  such as lightweight  high stiffness and dimensional stability  etc. Using optimization design tools  the lightweight outer baffle is designed. And finite element method is used to check the structure. Development and test results show that the outer baffle with a diameter of 620mm and a total length of 1200mm only weighs 7.3kg. And the baffle's natural frequency reaches 88Hz  and it can satisfy the requirements of the space camera. 2011 IEEE.

In this paper  mathematic model and computer control strategy for optical electrical tracking system have been researched and discussed. First  the system's structure and its work process have been analyzed. Second  according to the system's moving law  the system's mathematic model has been built. As to the computer control strategy  trigger guiding  two closed loop PID control method as well as compound control method have been applied to satisfy the tracking accuracy. Third  we apply the bilinear transformation to get the digital system  and the sample time is 800Hz. The simulation results indicate that the maximum tracking error can be limited to less than 0.5 and the regulator time can be 0.04s. Then the control project resonance frequency should be more than 200Hz and the sample frequency should be more than 400Hz to meet the control accuracy requirement. So we can conclude that the system indexes such as swiftness  high accuracy as long as real time have been satisfied. And the requirement of mechanical property has been present which is very useful to mechanical working. 2011 IEEE.
