This paper presents a new reentry guidance algorithm for RLV (Reusable Launching Vehicle). The algorithm consists of two integrated components: trajectory planning algorithm and tracking algorithm. The most striking feature of algorithm here lies in that both planning and tracking are executed directly in height-velocity space  which is different from the methodology of configuration of drag in traditional shuttle guidance. In the session of trajectory planning  all trajectory constraints can be expressed with upper bound and lower bound in height-velocity space  then a linear interpolation is carried to search the nominal trajectory satisfying the requirement of downrange and target constraints. Then the tracking algorithm uses feedback linearization method to track this nominal profile and meet all constraints. Another typical feature of this algorithm is the strategy of downrange extension using FPA (flight path angle) controller to fulfill the requirement of large downrange. Proper combination of planning-tracking algorithm and FPA controller can bring great flexibility and adaptability to reentry guidance. The algorithm is proved to be robust enough to accommodate the model error and noises in the dynamics. 2011 IEEE.

Target tracking on the complex background in the infrared image sequence is hot research field. It provides the important basis in some fields such as video monitoring  precision  and video compression human-computer interaction. As a typical algorithms in the target tracking framework based on filtering and data connection  the particle filter with non-parameter estimation characteristic have ability to deal with nonlinear and non-Gaussian problems so it were widely used. There are various forms of density in the particle filter algorithm to make it valid when target occlusion occurred or recover tracking back from failure in track procedure  but in order to capture the change of the state space  it need a certain amount of particles to ensure samples is enough  and this number will increase in accompany with dimension and increase exponentially  this led to the increased amount of calculation is presented. In this paper particle filter algorithm and the Mean shift will be combined. Aiming at deficiencies of the classic mean shift Tracking algorithm easily trapped into local minima and Unable to get global optimal under the complex background. From these two perspectives that "adaptive multiple information fusion" and "with particle filter framework combining"  we expand the classic Mean Shift tracking framework.Based on the previous perspective  we proposed an improved Mean Shift infrared target tracking algorithm based on multiple information fusion. In the analysis of the infrared characteristics of target basis  Algorithm firstly extracted target gray and edge character and Proposed to guide the above two characteristics by the moving of the target information thus we can get new sports guide grayscale characteristics and motion guide border feature. Then proposes a new adaptive fusion mechanism  used these two new information adaptive to integrate into the Mean Shift tracking framework. Finally we designed a kind of automatic target model updating strategy to further improve tracking performance. Experimental results show that this algorithm can compensate shortcoming of the particle filter has too much computation  and can effectively overcome the fault that mean shift is easy to fall into local extreme value instead of global maximum value.Last because of the gray and fusion target motion information  this approach also inhibit interference from the background  ultimately improve the stability and the real-time of the target track. 2011 Copyright Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers (SPIE).

The main constrained problem of the video monitoring and storage system is the contradiction between large field of view and storage space limitations. Not all of the video information introduced by the image sensors need to be recorded especially for some tracking system which has appointed functions to track specifically kinds of targets. For instance  the system not only works for single target  if the monitor is appointed for human face tracking  but also can work for multi-targets. High reconstruction resolution in the fovea region enables the successive application of recognition modules without sacrificing their performance  the best system appears to be concentrating on human face only and all the others considered being background  the low reconstruction resolution in the periphery helps to reduce the video data. 2010 IEEE.  the background regions needn't to be recorded in detail. For this purpose  this letter presents a real-time foveate storage system  which efficiently represents the video image in log-polar coordinates  with the foveate point centered on the target

Hough transform is recognized as a powerful tool in shape analysis which gives good results even in the presence of noise and the disconnection of edge. However  3. applying the standard Hough transform equation to every point of the input image edge  4. according to the local threshold  6. merging the segments whose extreme points are near. Experiment results show the approach not only can recognize regular geometric object but also can extract the segment feature of real targets in complex environment. So the proposed method can be used in the target detection of complicated scenes  traditional Hough transform can only detect the lines  2. quantizing the parameter space  and extracting a group of maximums according to the global threshold  eliminating spurious peaks which are caused by the spreading effects  and will improve the precision of tracking.  cannot give the endpoints and length of the line segments and it is vulnerable to the quantization errors. Based on the analysis of its limitations  Hough transform has been improved in order to detect line segment feature of targets. The algorithm aims to avoid the loss of spatial information  as well as to eliminate the spurious peaks and fix on the line segments endpoints accurately  5. fixing on the endpoints of the segments according to the dynamic clustering rule  which can expediently be used for the description and classification of regular objects. It is important to study the interaction effect between laser and photoelectric detector. In most of the laser detecting systems  laser must irradiate the photoelectric detector. The detector will be saturated or damaged easily if the fluence of the laser is higher than the saturation threshold of the detector. Now  many photoelectric detectors are used in space. To achieve their interaction  "Cat's eye" effect is applied to find and locate the remote aerial detector by laser. The possibility and mechanism of disturbance to remote aerial detector induced by laser are analyzed  and the factors of influence are also analyzed. The fluence of laser on the photoactive area of remote aerial detector is estimated. With two samples of CCD and TV tracking system  the mechanism of soft damage to CCD and TV tracking system induced by laser are introduced. The saturation of CCD and crosstalk of CCD are the main reasons of disturbance. When the tracking system is used in wave-door tracking mode  it will lose its tracking target if the saturation or crosstalk of CCD can enter into wave-door. At last  the influence to disturbance induced by atmosphere effect is also analyzed.
