We proposed a spiking neural network (SNN) to detect moving target in video streams and classify them into real categorization in this paper. The proposed SNN uses spike trains to encoding information such as the gray value of pixels or feature parameters of the target
detects moving target by simulating the visual cortex for motion detection in biological system with axonal delays and classify them into different categorizations according to their distance to categorization's centers found by Hebb learning rule. The experimental results show that the proposed SNN is promising in intelligence computation and applicable in general visual surveillance system. 2012 Springer-Verlag.

To achieve an optimum scan area and target stay time for Roll-Swing imaging seeker
the scanning process is analyzed. The method of ground imaging area calculation is proposed in this paper. A kind of Roll-Swing imaging frame mechanism is introduced. The flight process simulation base on real flight data is realized. According to imaging sensor parameters and flight data
a new scan scheme method is proposed and a new scan scheme is designed. The new scan scheme is compared to traditional scan scheme from different guide lines. The test results indicate that the new scan scheme satisfy requirement of the real flight experiment. 2010 IEEE.

Infrared radiation signature measurement of targets is one of important ways for target signature acquirement and target recognition. When measuring the infrared signature of a target in the atmosphere
molecules and aerosol particles in the atmosphere would attenuate the infrared radiation from the target
and at the same time
the air path radiation would be added to the target radiation. Therefore
in order to obtain the intrinsic infrared radiation of the target
it is necessary to perform atmospheric correction in the process of target radiation inversion. A model for target radiation measurement and inversion was established
and precision analysis on the model was given. A longwave infrared camera was used to perform infrared signature measurement experiment on an ISDC extended-area blackbody. Based on atmospheric parameters
the atmospheric transmittance and the air path radiation between the blackbody target and the camera were calculated by using the MODTRAN software
for use in atmospheric correction in the target radiation inversion process. The experimental results showed that radiation inversion precisions were about 7.3%9.3%. Additionally
inversion precision will improve as target temperature rises. 2010 IEEE.

In order to realize the aircraft attitude measurement
The paper advances electro-optical theodolite methods of measuring the aircraft attitude by using the spatial cosines relationship the single station theodolite and how to use intersection of the multi-station theodolite. The single station theodolite was introduced in a measured distance from the aircraft posture information. An exhaustive approach was used to access to the aircraft axis of the feature points and the location in the space was used to obtain space posture parameters. The multi-station theodolite was introduced to get the information of the aircraft flight attitude by method of using planes to the intersection. Two-dimensional image to obtain objective axis by fitting algorithm using Hough transform. And then
Calculate the vertical distance of the origin to the target of the central axis and the origin to the target of the central axis of the angle between the normal and the X-axis obtaining the linear equation in the two-dimensional plane. Two-dimensional axis of the target image and the camera system's optical center only identified a space plane. The aircraft yaw axis angle and pitch angle can be obtained by getting the space axis using plains to the intersection method. Experimental results show that attitude angle error of the single station theodolite is less than 1 when its distance is less than 6000m and attitude angle error of the multi-station theodolite is less than 0.6 when its intersection angle is between 30 and 150. In this paper
according to test result of precision comparing the mathematical model is correct and the algorithm is reasonable in extracting effective parameters of the aircraft's attitude. 2010 IEEE.

This paper present a fast algorithm for detection of low contrast objects by using wavelet filters based on lifting scheme. The advantage is robust to noise. According Swelden's
lifting wavelet filters are biorthogonal wavelet filters containing free parameters. We use reference image of targets to train the lifting terms
so that the learnt wavelet filters have the features of targets. Then applying such filters to the images including targets taken from camera system. We can detect the locations where the high frequency components are almost the same as those of the target image. 2009 IEEE.
