Optical camera is a high-precision optical instrument  and the optical lens must be always stable under various environments  so the structural materials of optical camera should have good stability and machining performance characteristics. Generally  the weight of the camera increases with the increasing size of optical camera aperture. The application of carbon fibre reinforced plastic(CFRP) in optical camera can help to improve the situation and meet the requirements of large volume and light weight. In this paper  the properties of several kind of materials used in camera structure were compared  the advantages of CFRP used in optical camera were analyzed  the CFRP application profiles of domestic and international were introduced  and the reason of gap was pointed out. There is a conclusion that CFRP will be widely used in the optical camera in China. 2012 IEEE.

On the analysis of the original data recorder  the stress wave theory is the elastic theory can explain the filter buffer question from the micro-small space  made several key problems clear when buffer and damping  from this designed a composite structure for vibration reduction  distinguished between a cushion theory and application field of stress wave theory  which made the dynamic stress of protected component down about one order of magnitude. Optimization with Isight and Ls-dyna  the traditional rigid spring-buffer model whose object is to reduce the impact of acceleration that can not accurately describe the elastic force of the part of the actual situation  the protected component's dynamic stress down about 69.3% and the data recorder's quality 300g lower  finally passed the Marshall Hammer test successfully. 2011 Trans Tech Publications.

Profile error of super smooth surface of optical elements at X-ray/EUV in synchrotron radiation (SR) light beam line is described as slope error of them generally. The Long Trace Profiler (LPT) is used for testing surface slope error of SR optical elements in world generally. It is requisite to use In-suit LTP measuring surface thermal distortion of SR optical elements with high heat under high bright SR source. Authors design an In-suit LTP by means of co-path interferometer with pencil light beam. The instrument not only can be used for testing slope error of mirrors in Lab. also in situation test the distortion of mirror with high heat load at synchrotron light beam line. The device can be used to test various absolute surface figures of optical elements such as aspherieal  spherical and plane. It is needless standard reference surface. It is named by LTP-III. This paper describes its basic operating principle  optical system  mechanical constructions  DC serve motor control system  array detector  data acquisition system and computer system for controlling and data analysis of LTP-III. The Instrument has advantages of high accuracy  low cost  multifunction and wide application. Length of surface measured of optical element accuracy is 0.04 arcsec.
