The paper presents a simple and fast approach for moving object segmentation based on H.264 compressed domain information for the application of indoor video surveillance with static camera. Due to the characteristics of indoor video surveillance
the proposed method of segmentation avoids complicated background model like Gaussian Mixture background model. On the contrary
it chooses some simple information like the type of Macroblock
etc.. Experimental results of several specific H.264 compressed video sequences demonstrate the good segmentation quality of the proposed approach. 2012 IEEE.

The spectra of the argon plasma generated by capillary predischarge are observed in the experiments. The electron temperature and density are obtained with the method of spectrum analysis. The electron temperatures are approximately 0.7eV and the electron densities are about 11022 m-3. When increasing the pressure

A wavelet-based approach of aerial blurred image restoration is proposed in this article. Image motion is inevitable in photographing for aerospace camera. Though some Image Motion Compensation(IMC) schemes are applied in aerial imaging system
the ultimate image will be blurred in certain extent for the existence of IMC residual error
while the forward image motion is the key element among all image motions which lead to image blurring. First the course of blurring caused by forward image motion is expressed using wavelet transform
and a multiresolution sparse matrix representation of the degeneration model is obtained according to the wavelet transform. Subsequently a regularizing restoration algorithm is deduced from it
and which can smoothly restraint the processed result efficiently. In the end the proposed approach is tested in MATLAB. The blurred image is restored using above-mentioned wavelet algorithm
conventional contrary filter and Wiener filter algorithm separately. The conclusion that the wavelet-based restoration algorithm is superior to other two approaches is obtained by comparing the restored image's value of mean gradient. The calculating quantity of the wavelet-based blurred image restoration approach isn't large and it has good practicability in the field of image interpretation and aerial survey or drawing.
Vacuum annealing effects on properties of ITO films prepared by reactive low voltage ion plating technique (EI CONFERENCE)

With reactive low voltage ion plating technique
ITO (indium oxide doped with tin) films were deposited on glass substrates by using ITO pellet with a composition of 90 wt.% In2O3 and 10 wt.% SnO2 without extra heating. The post annealing process was done in vacuum with different annealing temperature at 100
200
300 and 400C for 2 hours
respectively. The effects of vacuum annealing on structural
optical and electrical properties of the ITO film deposited by RLVIP were studied in detail. The results showed that the crystalline of the film was improved with the higher temperature. The increase of the annealing temperature improved the infrared reflectivity from 30% to 80% over 8-14m of the infrared atmosphere window
and a simultaneous variation in the optical transmission of the visible spectral region occurred. In addition
sheet resistance of ITO films had contrary changing trend with the IR reflectance
as well.
