This paper presents the digital PI control method for design and simulation of a high precision limited angle brushless torque motor control system in Field Programmable Gate Array device (FPGA). The direct drive structures which are widely applied in many servo control fields. Matlab Xilinx System GeneratorR toolbox based on Fixed-Point Arithmetic is used to design the digital PI controller using DSP architecture  plot the responses of the control system and generate the VHDL source code. The control system model consists of a digital PI  a real LABTM  and a real absolute Inductosyn  encoder to rpm and position blocks. Through loading generated codes in process of the simulation that built by the digital discrete model  it is verified that the rising time of current loop is only 1.2ms  and rate loop is 8ms  overshoot is rarely 4.2%. Finally  the comprehensive positioning accuracy of system can reach up to 5 arc sec  and the rate jitter achieves 5% with the 4 arc sec accuracy absolute Inductosyn. With finite element analysis software Moldflow  numerical simulation and studies about FM truck roof handle were conducted on gas-assisted injection molding process. The influences of melt pre-injection shot  gas pressure  delay time and melt temperature were observed by using multi-factor orthogonal experimental method. According to the analysis of the factors' impact on evaluation index  the optimized parameter combination is obtained. Therefore the optimization design of technological parameters is done. The results show that during the gas-assisted injection molding  optimum pre-injection shot is 94%  gas pressure is 15MPa  delay time is 0.5s  melt temperature is 240 C. This study provided a more practical approach for the gas-assisted injection molding process optimization.

In order to solve the problem of precise temperature control  the thermoelectric cooler (TEC) principle widely used is analyzed for the design of the whole control process and selection of control parameters  and then accurate simulation model of the TEC is established in Proteus simulation software. Moreover  combined with the traditional circuit simulation model  the temperature control loop is designed  and the response characteristics of the system are tested using an input signal similar to the unit-step function to achieve the precise temperature control. Simulation results show that the proposed control circuits can precisely convert error signal to output voltage sent to TEC model  and TEC model behaves approximately like a two-pole system. The first pole starts at 20mHz and a second pole at 1Hz. 2011 IEEE.

In order to better simulate the real environment of the battlefield  which has moving-target and the complicated background and to simulate the tracking process of the target with 3d's simulation. This paper introduce a development platform of the Vega 3d simulation software  and how to use the Vega to simulate the complex battlefield background  which has the sky  the explosion effects in the ground  the fly parameters of fighter planes. It reappear a complete process  which contains capturing target and tracking target. Experiment indicate that the Vega development platform is convenient and fast  and can achieved the design parameters for the task's demands. It also has many advantages  that contains repeating the performance of real experiment and reducing the expenses of the military experiment. 2011 IEEE.
