The position of focal plane will be changed because of temperature fluctuation and vacuum environment. In order to make the telescope work well
positioning accuracy of the mechanism is 0.008mm. The performance satisfies the need of precision
a focusing mechanism is needed. To majority of large space-based telescopes
and the scheme design is reasonable and practicable. 2012 IEEE.
the general way to do this would be to use a reflector
which was located in the backfocal distance. One of typical schemes of this mechanism was introduced
however
because of the big axial size
the mechanism can't be used when the size of the enclosure was limited. A new type of focusing mechanism was introduced
which has such advantages of small size
high accuracy and low mass. The design and test methods had been discussed. According to the results
the repeatability positioning accuracy is 0.0025mm

The infrared radiation character (temperature and efficiency radiation area) of a space object is an important characteristic
we can judge the state of the object working in orbit by measuring temperature and variety. Due to lower temperature of the object and far distance between the object and the earth
the infrared radiation signal is faintness
therefore temperature and the infrared radiation character is difficult to measure. There are several methods to measure the temperature of the object in theory and each one has its applicability respectively
such as applying Wien Law to compute temperature
based on Stefan-Bolzmann law to compute temperature and utilizing multi-spectrum detector to measure temperature As a whole these methods are based on the hypothesis that the object is a Black-body or the radiance emissivity is constant. In fact
homochromatic radiance of object is not a constant but a function that changes with wavelength. Since the problem that an object whose homochromatic radiance s not a constant which results in temperature can not be computed accurately
we bring forward a method to contrast the luminance of the object at different wavelengths and deduce the relationship among homochromatic radiance and wavelength and the temperature of Black-body
from which we can compute real temperature of object. 2009 SPIE.

FSK (Frequency Shift keying) signal
which has advantages of narrow-bandwidth
strong anti-interference ability
long transmission distance and so on
is used in jointless Frequency-shift track circuit to send different kinds of control signals. However
as FSK is non-linearly modulated
parameter estimation with high accuracy is hard to realize. Based on the spectrum analysis complement with time-frequency distribution
a highaccuracy FSK signal parameter estimation algorithm is put forward in this paper. According to the signal characteristics
under-sampling and ZFFT are used to improve the accuracy of spectrum analysis
and the base frequency resolution meets system requirement of 0.02Hz. Wigner-Ville distribution has an excellent time-frequency concentration while serious cross-term interference at the same time. Through the design of kernel function
the cross-terms are almost suppressed and the upper/down side frequency resolution meets the system requirement of 0.2Hz. The effectivities of all the methods mentioned above have been proved by MATLAB simulation
which pave a solid way for the development of high-accuracy FSK signal parameter estimation devices. 2008 IEEE.
