Simulation test system of CCD signal processor based on FPGA is proposed. Field-programmable gate array (FPGA) is applied as control processing core and used in the aerospace upgrade screening of industrial grade signal processor. The system functional composition and working principle were introduced in detail. Actually evaluation and testing system was completed with integrating the forty signal processor in a single board. The system has been successfully applied in the dynamic build-in screening test of industrial grade signal processor XRD98L63  the system work stably and reliability. Test result is zero on the nonconforming product rate  satisfying the qualification that single batch screening nonconforming rate is less than 5%  build-in screening of industrial grade components for the space load applications is implemented. The quality of vehicle vacuum booster with brake master cylinder is related to the safe of drivers and automobiles. The testing experiment must be executed strictly before leaving factory based on the national standards.The paper introduces the controlling system of multi-function durability testing device  which is designed for doing durable testing experiments and Anti-lock braking system (ABS) performance experiments. The structure and theory of device is presented. The controlling system is illuminated in detail. To test the dynamic property  this system was identified by a recursive BP neural network. According to the character of a great deal of sensors and actuators  the high precision  capabilities and reliability  the distributed control mode (DCS) including the computer and PLC by RS-485 bus is utilized. The four channels testing experiments are achieved at the same time. The test data is directly memorized into the computer. The results of general endurance and ABS endurance testing experiments are shown to demonstrate the excellent performance of the testing device. 2012 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.

Hinge in mechanical systems exist small clearance and contact deformation  After consideration of flexible components  cause the system to the wear and tear  impact force reduced at the clearance  noise  contact time increased  vibration  contact-impact areas expand and clearance also caused disturbance of the rod angular velocity of the linkage. 2011 IEEE.  reliability reduce or even failure[1]. Therefore  the hinge clearance and the impact of flexible components in kinetic models should be considered. In this paper  a nonlinear spring-damper hinge clearance model is considered to establish mechanical system structure of dynamic equations[46]  through a four-bar linkage hinge with multi-clearance rotation of ADAMS dynamic simulation for dynamics simulation study. Simulation results show that hinge clearance and link flexible in Four-link mechanism dynamics have a great impact on performance: connection with the clearance lead to pin holes to produce a series of collisions  and a larger initial impact force
