An optical supporting structure is studied to improve its structure stiffness and reduce the rotate error to meet the requirement of aviation remote sensor. A formula to calculate fundamental frequency is proposed using Rayleigh-Ritz method
and a method of is analyzed. By means of OPTISTRUCT software
the maximum fundamental frequency is converted to object function
the deformation under the gravity and the mass are assigned to state variable
wall thicknesses of the structure are converted to design variables. The analysis and test results indicate that the fundamental frequency of designed optical supporting structure has been improved 37.2 Hz from 96.9 Hz
which guarantee the reliability of the sweep mechanism
and the rotate error is 4.89
which is satisfied for the rotate accuracy in plunge angle. The method of optimization has a certain instructional significance for the design of supporting structures in aviation remote sensor. 2011 IEEE.

Space membrane reflector is very promised for optical quality application with the merits of ultra-lightweight and flexible. In order to improve the surface precision of membrane reflectors
the formation and surface shape error of a membrane at uniform load are studied based on the henky-cambell equations of circular membrane. The ANSYS software is used to build an optimization model of membrane reflector surface shape
in which the yield strength is the state variable
the surface load on ten concentric annular regions of the mirror is the design variable
and the minimum RMS between ideal surface and mirror surface is the target function. and the theoretical and experimental result show that RMS and PV of the optimized surfaces are reduced respectively than those before optimization. In a word
this paper offers the theoretical and experimental basis of the polyimide membrane reflector. 2011 IEEE.

Electrostatic membrane mirror is ultra-lightweight and easy to acquire a large diameter comparing with traditional optical elements
so its development and usage is the trend of future large mirrors. In order to research the control method of the static stretching membrane mirror
the surface configuration must be tested. However
membrane mirror's shape is always changed by variable voltages on the electrodes
and the optical properties of membrane materials using in our experiment are poor
so it is difficult to test membrane mirror by interferometer and null compensator method. To solve this problem
an automatic optical test procedure for membrane mirror is designed based on Hartmann screen method. The optical path includes point light source
CCD camera
splitter and diffuse transmittance screen. The spots' positions on the diffuse transmittance screen are pictured by CCD camera connected with computer
and image segmentation and centroid solving is auto processed. The CCD camera's lens distortion is measured
and fixing coefficients are given to eliminate the spots' positions recording error caused by lens distortion. To process the low sampling Hartmann test results
Zernike polynomial fitting method is applied to smooth the wave front. So low frequency error of the membrane mirror can be measured then. Errors affecting the test accuracy are also analyzed in this paper. The method proposed in this paper provides a reference for surface shape detection in membrane mirror research. 2010 Copyright SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering.

In order to meet requirement of high accurate ranging
the laser ranging system is designed for optoelectronics theodolite application by this paper
based on digital signal processing. Variable modulating method is used to solve the antinomy between the measuring range and accuracy. Frequency mixing is adopted to reduce the frequency of the signal
which can lower the requirement for hardware. The high ranging accuracy is achieved by way of Fast Fourior Transform (FFT) using digital signal processor and error correcting factor. Experiment results indicate that using digital signal processing method can reduce the influence of surroundings and hardware system
and obtain high ranging accuracy. 2010 IEEE.

The paper presents a method with the technique of combination filtering of spectrum and the technique of DSP control for the simulation and recognition of the spontaneously lightening object and stellar map in the universe. The magnitude and the spectrum of a star can be simulated in a wide dynamic range. We established the mathematical models of the Vega's visible light spectrum and luminous flux density. Tungsten-halogen lamp as a light source is used to fit the linear light of the spontaneously lightening object in the universe. Through the experiment
it shows that the more sub-channels there are while filtering spectrum in the visible spectrum
and the more degrees the variable neutral density filters and the narrow-band attenuators have
more close to the actual spectrum the simulated spectrum is. It is proved that using the PID technique is beneficial to the output of the accurate and steady radiation from the light sources. The experiment shows that the using of this method can get perfect result in fitting and simulating the spectrum
magnitude and the stellar map of the spontaneously lightening object . The analysis of the consistent result and the experimental error is also discussed in detail in this paper.
