For the problem on the deviation of actual measurement values between different network positions of visual measurement network system
so present the weighted data fusion algorithm. To distribute the weight coefficients according to the stability of eigenvector and fuse the coordinates
finally get the ultimate expression of fusion estimate. The experiment results present the maximum absolute tolerance of the fusion results is 0.039mm via the weighted data fusion algorithm
the maximum one via traditional data fusion algorithm of the center of point set is 0.056mm
Repeatedly measure 50 times
compared with the traditional algorithm

There are some limitations when environment model of AS-R mobile robot is obtained by only using a separate CCD camera or ultrasonic sensor array. The BP neural network is designed to fuse information of the two sensors to obtain the robot's environment model in this paper. The input of BP neural network is the intercept and slope of the edge line obtained CCD camera and ultrasonic sensor arrays
which is processed by through the global coordinates of coordinate transformation. The output of BP network is the fused intercept and slope of the straight edge. Experiment shows that environment model is feasible for the AS-R mobile robot and the environment modeling method has more reliability and accuracy. 2010 IEEE.

This paper proposes a new restoration method
only using the single image information
combining atmospheric physical model with fusion techniques to reduce the degradation of the image contrast in bad weather conditions caused by atmospheric aerosols
such as haze and fog. The basic idea of this method is to utilize physics-based model method instead of multisensors to generate a serial of virtual images
and then to fuse those virtual images into a high contrast image based on the wavelet fusion technique. In contrast to previous methods
our restoration technique is not only independent on predicted structure
distributions of scene reflectance
or detailed knowledge about the particular weather condition
but also adapt to the situation without a reference image or images with moving objects captured by a video camera. Experiments on different poorcontrast images demonstrate the availability of the proposed method in case of restoring the atmospherically blurred images. 2010 IEEE.

A new image fusion algorithm based on lifting wavelet transform is presented in this paper. The source images are decomposed using lifting wavelet transform respectively. Aiming at the coefficients of low frequency and high frequency
this algorithm choose a different rule to fuse the image. To the low frequency
the spatial frequency based on the neighborhood add consistency check is elected as the fusion guide. And the absolute maximum based on detail coefficients is selected as the guide to the high frequency. After that the fused image is obtained by using inverse lifting wavelet transform. Taking the ratio space frequency error and the mean gradient as criterions
experimental results demonstrate that the algorithm is very effective. 2010 IEEE.
