Firstly  the model described in this paper fulfills online knowledge mutual platform  and it provide a support for the sharing transmission of the knowledge and the collection of tacit knowledge and knowledge context elements. After that  the paper constructs a context management model to finish the design of context recognition acquisition scheme and problem-based context modeling. Lastly  on the basis of the context model the paper fulfill the acquisition the expression  the sharing and the storage in the tacit knowledge management. This system is combined with the component of distributed data communication  the component of CCD image acquisition and transfers  all of which are designed on the hardware of PM401 by WES. Then  plying the EWF technology  integrate the stable and reliable distributed system. At last  using NHPP mathematic model  analyze the stability and reliability of the system. Focusing on high frequencies of mechanical resonant  restriction of gimbaled axis rotation  a new model identification method was proposed under the pseudo-random invert-M-sequences. The testing signal  data acquisition  the calculating of frequency response  and least square identification were investigated.
