Scene matching techniques are faced with complex natural scenes  anti-light and anti-slight-distortion  the image distortion exist  applicable for complex scene matching. The project has a new idea: combining the keylines with the vectors description based on polar image translation  such as light  and utilize the rotation-scale-invariance vectors to describe the extracted keylines  change of gray levels  this method includes three steps: keylines extraction  perspective  description and matching. Instead of using traditional nonlinear la space  the proposed method transfers the color distribution of the target image (daylight color image) to the source image (fused multiband nighttime imagery) in a linear color space named ICBCR. The ICBCR transformation is simpler than the la conversion  moreover  the IC BCR space is easily extended to image fusion. Our experiments on infrared and visual images show that the ICBC R based color transfer method works surprisingly well for transferring natural color characteristics of daylight color images to false color fused nighttime imagery. 2009 IEEE.
