Atmospheric path radiance is the key factor in the accuracy of objective radiation measurement. In the traditional radiation character measurements  it is compared with the results of MODTRAN and measurement in experiment. It is revealed that the accuracy of software is 7.8%  under the help of the atmospheric observation equipment  and the formula is 4.9%  MODTRAN and other software likewise  which could demonstrate the validity of the pproximate calculation formula in close range and horizontal direction. In this article  the indeterminacy rate could be around 10~20%  in the process of deducing and experiment  it is highly restricts the measurement accuracy of objective radiation. For this reason  the validity of the approximate calculation formula in close range and horizontal direction is fully proved  it is quite significant to develop the study of measure and calculation in path radiance. The approximate calculation formula for path radiance in close range and horizontal direction is expressed in this article  which supply a new method in approximate calculation of path radiance for objective radiation measurement. A new speech enhancement system that combine robust signal enhancement and minimum signal distortion is proposed in this paper. The proposed method introduces frequency depended  parametric  MMSE filtering techniques that involve wavelet packets. Voice activity detection (VAD) is used to further distinguish speech from noise and help to adaptively remove noise components from color noise eruptive noisy speech  while perceptual criteria is also taken into account. Experimental results and objective quality measurement test results validate the proposed speech enhancement system and illustrate the benefit of the proposed wavelet domain MMSE filtering as an excellent speech enhancement method to provide sufficient noise reduction and good intelligibility and perceptual quality  without causing considerable signal distortion and musical background noise method. 2010 IEEE.

In order to realize the aircraft attitude measurement  The paper advances electro-optical theodolite methods of measuring the aircraft attitude by using the spatial cosines relationship the single station theodolite and how to use intersection of the multi-station theodolite. The single station theodolite was introduced in a measured distance from the aircraft posture information. An exhaustive approach was used to access to the aircraft axis of the feature points and the location in the space was used to obtain space posture parameters. The multi-station theodolite was introduced to get the information of the aircraft flight attitude by method of using planes to the intersection. Two-dimensional image to obtain objective axis by fitting algorithm using Hough transform. And then  Calculate the vertical distance of the origin to the target of the central axis and the origin to the target of the central axis of the angle between the normal and the X-axis obtaining the linear equation in the two-dimensional plane. Two-dimensional axis of the target image and the camera system's optical center only identified a space plane. The aircraft yaw axis angle and pitch angle can be obtained by getting the space axis using plains to the intersection method. Experimental results show that attitude angle error of the single station theodolite is less than 1 when its distance is less than 6000m and attitude angle error of the multi-station theodolite is less than 0.6 when its intersection angle is between 30 and 150. In this paper  according to test result of precision comparing the mathematical model is correct and the algorithm is reasonable in extracting effective parameters of the aircraft's attitude. 2010 IEEE.

In current field of CCD measurement  large area and high resolution CCD is used to obtain big measurement image  so that  speed and capacity of CCD requires high performance of later storage and process system. The paper discusses how to use SCSI hard disk to construct storage system and use DSPs and FPGA to realize image compression. As for storage subsystem  Because CCD is divided into multiplex output  SCSI array is used in RAID0 way. The storage system is composed of high speed buffer  DMA controller  control MCU  SCSI protocol controller and SCSI hard disk. As for compression subsystem  according to requirement of communication and monitor system  the output is fixed resolution image and analog PAL signal. The compression means is JPEG2000 standard  in which  9/7 wavelets in lifting format is used. 2 DSPs and FPGA are used to compose parallel compression system. The system is composed of FPGA pre-processing module  DSP compression module  video decoder module  data buffer module and communication module. Firstly  discrete wavelet transform and quantization is realized in FPGA. Secondly  entropy coding and stream adaption is realized in DSPs. Last  analog PAL signal is output by Video decoder. Data buffer is realized in synchronous dual-port RAM and state of subsystem is transfer to controller. Through subjective and objective evaluation  the storage and compression system satisfies the requirement of system. 2009 SPIE.
